As much as I think Levy knows almost nothing about football, I think he knows by this point that Ange is not good enough for the PL. He is just a coward who doesn’t want to endure the embarrassment of sacking another manager mid-season and having a bunch of managers turn the job down.

His worst nightmare is a third season where he has to appoint Ryan Mason because we can’t get anyone else. It would show the entire world of football what we already know, that he cannot do the job of running a football club. I also think the relegation aspect has completely fried his brain, he’s going through the same old motions of pretending he has £80m to spend on deadline day as if it’s a normal season with us in 5th place and it doesn’t really matter if we don’t sign anyone. His lies about “pushing hard” for players are too risky now.

I honestly don't think he gives a shit.

If the stadium can hold events every couple of weeks he'd much rather not have a football club getting in the way of things.

Block attendance to the concerts and he might actually pay some attention.

True

Though Levy could throw a ton of money at an interim.

I think it’s more to do with there being very few other options. Poch went, he had Jose. Jose went, he had his gimp Mason. Nuno went, he had Conte. Conte went he had his gimp Mason.
Now, he’ll get slaughtered if he goes with Mason again and there isn’t as yet a viable alternative.
Don’t forget how hard it’s been to find managers. Neither Ange or Nuno were first choice appointments, the search for them was pretty farcical.
That "Gimp" will get us more points and less injuries, no doubt about that.

He's got 2.5/3 months to prove himself when he gets most of his players back from United home onwards. No way he deserves to start next season if he can't clearly and obviously show us what AngeBall is actually all about and how it can work CONSISTENTLY at this level.

Us doubters all hope we're wrong, but he's going to fail and fail badly. He's just not astute enough and we're too easy to exploit even with our full team out (seen it so many times already). But he gets until May to help settle the debate amongst this divided fanbase (it's more divided elsewhere than it is on The Fighting Cock).
Common on Everton thump Leicester yet we get lose at home to them and Everton are supposedly crap. They are now above us in the league.

It would also make our relegation situation worse, not better.

Nah, Mason would get better results than Ange just like he did when he replaced Mourinho. We are now the worst team in the league according to the form table because we have a manager who doesn’t respect the fundamental principles of football.

If Mason (or any other manager) were in charge, we beat Leicester at home. 100% guaranteed. We have the only manager in the world that could have lost to them and it’s because of the spaces he leaves for opponents.

Relegation is not happening even with Ange. Bringing in another manager isn't going to suddenly flip the table and qualify for Europe either.

The question now is do you keep him in and continue the remaining cup runs and look for a new manager elsewhere in the off-season or go full crisis mode and pick an available manager now?

I just don't see the point of a new manager at this stage but I completely understand it being inevitable with the run spurs having.

Post edit-
Hypothetically now, if he was to win Europa and turn league results around with individuals coming back from injury, will fans rally behind him or still want him gone?
