I have a lot of sympathy for Ange but tonight I have reluctantly reached the decision that he has to go. He must know that our midfield is not good enough and that Bentacur and bissouma don't deserve to start ahead of bergval and Gray

Time to discord the proven failures and put your trust in players who deserve and want to fight for the shirt.

Are they really injured though? That's what I was getting at. Basically the "blue flu" for footballers.
VDV and romero were because he rushed them back in a game to save his own skin....that he lost and lost another 10 games after....

yea they dont want to play for him, jacked it in a long time ago. how hes still here is a joke.

levy must realise the squads value is nosediving now, pay this chump whatever it is to get rid ASAP. its miniscule in comparison to the damage hes doing to squad value.

I can't even bring myself to be mad at him, as he's just another victim of Peter Principle. You could argue that he should have shown some humility and self-awareness by never taking the job in the first place, or should have left of his own accord long time ago, but we know managers never do either. He fancied himself for the challenge, has been failing/failed miserably, and is now expecting to be put out of his misery. I'd argue that this experiment is also hurting his stock and career prospects at this point, in addition to all the damage it has been causing to this club for months.

Levy/board have put all their eggs in Ange basket in the context of this season, and now they can't find a way out because the damage is already done. That's me assuming that they don't see all this as a bump in the road and still somehow fancy the guy as a viable long term option by the way. It wouldn't shock me if they chose this guy as their hill to die on, but it would be hilarious regardless.
After nearly 25 years of management, he’s finally made retirement money at nearly 60 years old at our graveyard.

He’s had his go at the top level and it’s done. But he’s gonna be fine.

Fuck him.

My post's on this forum for the past 10 years have basically always been the same. Feel free to have a deep dive. Until the real issue at this club is addressed the problem will be the same.

Sacking Ange - a clearly top notch attacking manager in terms of tactics, a clear man manager, and a motivational speaker is only going to come to bite us on the ass at our current stage.

This man cares more about winning than anyone I've ever seen at this club - baring maybe Kane. + Don't dispell that so easily.

It will end up being the exact same story we've seen unfold with multiple managers / players thG have gone on to leave this club.

Back Ange, pressure the board / Levy. It's the only way to change the cycle we've been in for 20+ years.
Explain zero shots on target tonight if you please

You're sticking to your beliefs and even if I don't agree with them I do appreciate that you have reasons for thinking the way you do about it. You mentioned he's a motivational speaker. Ironically, he did some of that and some media work in Australia. I've never trusted motivational speakers, but that's just me.

For all the players saying that they back him, you have to wonder if they truly believe in what he’s doing. It’s one thing to play a certain tactic or way that doesn’t work, but I have no idea what that mess was against Liverpool.

How can you point fingers at Ange considering our recent history with managers and how they succeed after us?

After how we sold our best ever, world class player in Kane?

After how we've actively recruited kids, whilst also being the tightest team in the league - BAR NONE - when it comes to spending / revenue brought in, in the league. (Money spent / wages / revenue gainez)

We've had multiple top class players during the recent years speak out about how the club is ran?

All we actually hear is that the players love playing for Ange... We've actually contested this year in all the cups - something spurs fans so deeply wanted before this season may I add!

Ange is absolutely 10000% exposing our owners / Overall management of our beloved club for what it truly is and you're turning on him?????

Now's ya chance. Back Ange to the tilt... Get the owners out... And let's get real about actually wanting to win and succeed rather than turning a profit at every given bloody point.
How is Australia mate?

Why have you got sympathy for Ange?. He's living the dream. It's like he wakes up next to Mrs World and she is wearing his ring evey morning. I have sympathy for Mrs Perryman Mrs Perryman and the other souls who went to Merseyside to have the man's incompetence rubbed in her face. He has been horribly over promoted and is being payed 5 million a year for the privilege. I've stopped giving my money to owners who would humiliate the fan base with this novelty appointment it's crazy you still have even the tiniest regard for this total fraud.

As compared to the COYS subreddit, where they're kissing it instead.

The longer we persist with Ange, the more we're reminded that Levy has no interest in genuine success on the football pitch. I heard chat on a Spurs podcast the other day that "Spurs and Levy were not prepared for the uptick in performances" under Poch and so we couldn't react in time - laughable the gymastics that people come up with to defend that bald prick.

4 mins in hes asked about redknapp's comments.

"my job is to manage this football club" usually a manager says my job is to win games of football or something along them lines, yet he cant say that because he cant win games. anyone can turn up in a cheap suit that doesnt fit you twat! that doesnt mean you are doing your job.

pleaseeeeee let this be it. hes doing more damage as everyday that passes.

And you wonder why players are phoning it in. He sounds defeated about Sunday before it’s even here.

He’s lost any little spark he had and the players know it. Stick a fork in him because he’s done.
'tough night'... thats all you ever hear when you have the displeasure of watching this ugly caveman stare at the floor after a game of football.

wonder if the captain had tears in his eyes again.
