Europa League is simply a must win now. We have the squad to win it. Clearly superior to anyone else in the tournament. If DL has any doubt that Ange can deliver then he has to go. Sunday is his critical performance review. For me, I desperately want him to be the one… as I do with any manager… but the team looks disorganised, chaotic, demotivated, exhausted and just utterly broken.

Reluctantly got used to the idea of him staying to the end of the season but not sure now he could survive another defeat Sunday. Finally and not before time the media spotlight seems to be turning on him. Its taken 11 months.
Sorry my friend from social media. The cultist are still chugging the KoolAid.

"Agreed. Weirdly it makes me more confident in Ange (if we stick with it) in the long run, just because I now think that he won’t submit to the pressure again, and will now firmly stick to his principles."

😲

Loads of teams have nice training grounds now, Liverpool have a fantastic one, even Leicester have a great facility. The training ground is no longer something special. It doesn't breed complacency, and it's no huge advantage either, it's just somewhere they train.
I wouldn't say its the training ground, its that from the Top their is not the culture that we need to win, that needs to change and I don't think it will under Levy - there is not pressure here to win for players, if we lost its "we go again"
Kane even mentioned himself that now he is at Bayern there is pressure for them to win, where as at Spurs he never felt that - until that changes then we will never become a winning club again!

He will easily survive another defeat. Maybe another 4 nil hammering ramps up the pressure but a straightforward defeat will be fine.

He will still have the injuries and EL excuse to hang on to for another few weeks.

He isn't making it to the end of the season. They won't want to give Mason that long in charge. They'll probably wait for a poor home performance with about 8 games to go. The season is done. People didn't get why but for me as soon as I watched that galatasaray performance I knew this season would be a dud. We won't go down but like last night showed we don't have the bollocks to make something happen vs a good in form side.

Only we completely abandoned those principles last night and limped out with a load of weak excuses about being tired. It was fucking pathetic and Ange needs to stop saying this shit about "the players are giving everything". They gave fuck all last night. Zero, zilch, nada. They should refund the traveling fans their tickets for that. One of the worst performances by a set of Spurs players in a big game that I can remember.

I was determined to stick by this until i saw that. I said I'd give it the week and the Villa game before deciding what to say about Ange but if they really do want him to stay like so many of those players have claimed, some of the injured ones need to miraculously make themselves available and the ones who have been battling through need to battle harder than they did last night.

Agree 100%.......we could have the worst training ground in the league but if we had owners who made winning a priority we would see a difference on the pitch.

agree with all of that other than wanting him to 'be the one'. It's a good squad. Get them playing now with someone else and build for the Europa as there is a rest there while the other half battle it out. Unfortunately for us it looks like politics or something holding this decision back, not football.

you'd think so, doesn't return till March -

assuming no more setbacks should have a full squad to choose from apart from Radu and Richie. The tournament favourites Man U we can certainly beat in a final

I've been quite pragmatic on the happenings of this season, but the moment we go out of that competition is the moment I turn as savage and anti ange, anti players as I am currently on Levy

surely the rebuild is currently under way?
Mickey Moore , Spence, Udogie, VDV, Tel, Bergvail, Archie Gray - Thats 7 young young outfield players with huge potential - its just we need to find a manager that can get the best out of them!!
We need to get rid of Richarlison, Biss, Son, Werner and even Bentancur and Sar. We need to recruit at least 4/5 decent players with experience and know how. We can't rely just on 7 youngsters who may or may not come good one day, see what happened to Winks, Skippe, Tanganga, KWP, Caulker, carrol, Parrot, Gil, Clarke, Sessignon, Onomah, Foyth, Pitchard, Livermore, Rodon and many many more. The board are doing it all wrong, they carry on the same by the evidence of Jan TW signings. There is no hope with any manager until DL/Enic leaves the club.
