The worst thing is that he probably wont be gone after sunday. I've starting to think he'll never get the sack. Maybe Joe Lewis is an Woolwich fan and now he is probably close to confort he will destroy us as a gift to Woolwich, after exploring us to make a lot of money.

Really pissed off with people saying

“Give him the rest of the season “

Why???

I think probably because, any compensation owed levy wants to come out of the summer budget.
He should have gone months ago, I live in hope that another candidate is already lined up.
The level of coaching on show is second rate, the team can't defend or pass properly, what the fuck do they do all week.

SAF had a ‘rebuild’ quite often!
Yeah because United under him made more good decisions than bad and they just kept adding to it creating more success.

They didn't have this fantasy that they would create a team in 5-10 years time .....it starts before and shouldn't end..we have let poch's team just fade away... And Redknapps before him.

We are not a yo-yo club like Villa, Everton or Newcastle...we have been a steady Eddie that didn't need a rebuild but needed reinforcing...it's the same now.... although this management and coaching is one of the worst I've seen at the club and just needs to be gone before it does even more damage.

We need to stop with this "rebuild" shit.

Football clubs are constantly renewing....it's been this way since day one.
I think rebuild implies you’ve actually built something worthwhile in the first place. Then you can just refresh rather than rebuild.

We’ve never got to that stage so it’s constantly binning off one set of shit players so the next one can take over. Then rinse and repeat.

As I'm a massive tactics guy Inter Milan is part of Serie A - which is a completely different league which I watch a lot (i watch all the European Leauges I'm a Bayern Fan, Barca fan but I do watch Real Madrid games as I like Jude Bellingham although I'm neutral when it comes to Serie A.

Tactics on paper are great in theory Ange Ball is also very interesting in implementing a double diamond tiki-taka with lots of transitions this is why you have CBs & LBs up front sometimes which does involve high intensity from players just like Inter's System is as well - Ange Ball & Inzaghi ball are very similar in the fact they HAVE to use players who are comfortable & fully trained who are fully fit to pull off. But they are also predictable to a point this is another reason why I think Pep's very heavy use of Cryuff tactics have been found out recently.

Inter Milans style/system albeit interesting isn't itself without flaws as they lost 3-0 to Florentina yesterday. It takes a manager who can adapt to other teams system this is why Mourinho was an amazing tactician :-

In these videos he takes you step by step his decisions

After seeing the YouTube video, I looked into some of Inzaghi's tactics. It is nowhere near Ange. Yes he pushes the limits but his philosophy relies more on players being able to do everything. He never leaves his defence with only two. Even when CBs go all the way to Strike, MF become CBs and STR become midfielders. With Ange Ball, everyone runs up and leaves the 2 CBs to chase the opposition STRs.

We have Young players, like Bergvall, Spence, Gray, and Porro that can be taught to play Inzaghi's style.
That's the other Inzaghi brother. Simone.

Filippo is not anywhere near as good a manager as his brother. So its' all evened out with Filippo being the more successful player.
Sorry I realize my Error. You are correct. I'd Love him at Spurs. I really think the Youngsters we have would make his style work.

Could of left the laundry lady in charge, and she would have done a better job of managing the team.
And what's with his arrogance when interviewed and or questioned, even mates who support rival teams say to me, they can't stand him the rudeness.
I could understand it a bit more if, he had won 3/4 league titles and a CL one, he would have a bit of wiggle room.
Winning the Scottish trophies or Sydney opera house cup don't cut it for me.
Worst Tottenham manager in decades for me.

In fairness to Pippo. I went and looked him up and he took over Pisa in the summer and currently has them sitting second in Serie B. So he may be starting to find his feet in management finally. But Simone is by far the superior one out of the two. An absolute top manager in the making.

Yeah I get what you're saying mate but like I just said to another poster isn't being a successful club reinforcing rather than stripping it down to a rebuild....I think to say you need to rebuild the whole thing creates an excuse that can be hung onto until forever.

The word "rebuild" has gotten really mistranslated into situations that aren't like the big American sports leagues with a salary cap and a draft for incoming players in which the worst teams get the first selections (and the picks are tradeable).

In those leagues you can really leverage being bad in the present to amass more resources than your competitors for the future.

That isn't a concept that translates to the Premier League, it's just apples and oranges.

Yeah I initially found him refreshing after Jose and Conte. Now he just grates on me, because at the end of the day he hasn't done anything in Europe but talks like he has been here and seen it all, yet getting exposed left, right and centre like a complete amateur.

All the pundits see him for the clown he is.
I know we ain't winning anything under levy but, this bloke is making football unbearable for me.
Totally bored of watching the team, and have been since losing against Chelsea at home last season.

I am optimistic about this squad under a competent coach. I really am. The one good thing to come out of this season has been the signing and growth of a few young kids. Get Mbeumo or some RF/RW in at that level , sort out who of the CBs can actually play football now and again, and we are in business.

Despite the Levy ceiling that means we can never (under cunty) win the league, we can still do very well in the next couple of years IF we have a good coach.

Yeah they've even stopped calling him out so much personally because they know he's out of his depth just put it all under Spurs now.
