Knowing us ; there will be a massive upturn in our form ; we’ll cruise into the Europa League Final ; and Daniel from Accounts fires him five days before the game for no apparent reason.

Nothing would surprise me anymore.

VdV, Romero, and Solanke returning will win us some more points, but it will not remedy the issues inherent in his system and approach.

Daniel is being cheap, but once again he is discounting the value of time. Any more time spent "educating" these players in his tactics is a complete waste. It's shameful that this even needs to be pointed out.

Sky Sports News digging him out a bit. Showing days lost this season from injuries up to end of January.

PL Average = 557 Days.

Woolwich = 648 Days
Palace = 652 Days
Ipswich =667 Days
Spurs = 783 Days
Brighton = 1020 Days.

Presenter saying Brighton have lost considerably more than Spurs, are higher up the table and implying they’re bleating less than Ange. Saying Ange stated “Nobody else could cope” but Brighton have haven’t they?

Maybe they’re getting fed up with him now as well.
Tbh it's not difficult to dig him out. Losing 3 straight NLD, three in a row to chelsea. That's unacceptable to begin with. 5 losses in a row towards end of last season was a red flag. He got found out by Marco Silva last March away to fulham. Exposed our full backs. Hes making some mediocre managers look good. Had to beat tamworth after extra time. His tactics dont work unless he has full strength team which shows he dont have flexibility.

They aren't even guaranteed to work if we do have a full strength side. Liverpool, Chelsea and Woolwich can attest to that.

ange is for ange. once he got on the ropes he stopped rotating and started rushing starters back from injury

Agree- in hindsight it seems clear Ange rushed players back to try and salvage- something I guess- a top 4 challenge? I wish he had been much more cautious and not gambled with the players' health so much. I have a feeling he put a scare into them with his mishandling and they've been loathe to appear without full physical confidence since.

I'd gladly have accepted some poor results using second string and academy players to help preserve the fitness of our starting XI. Seems like he "went for it" and every throw of the dice since then has served to compound his initial error even further.

At some point you cut your losses, or they get cut for you. Getting tossed out of two cups will at least let him focus on fewer games, although sadly only by default.

No offense to anyone, but we need a manager with a bit more grit than fairweather southern European cosmopolitans.

Anybody desperate to jet home once a month is a no go to me.
Totally agree. Can imagine with inzaghi bad weather hits in October then the antics begin about weather, food and all that bollox. Should learn from conte scenario. Couldnt wait to get sacked so he could go home and be on his jet ski.
