I've completely switched off now.

I can't even be bothered to post on here much.

I'll vent on Sunday if we lose. Call Ange a fucking fraud. I've been doing that for a year now. He's still here. Unbelievable.

I've completely checked out. The only thing keeping me going is that Ange will be sacked imminently.

If I was assured Ange was gone in the summer no matter what, I could accept it begrudgingly.

But the idea that Ange could be given a third season, I can't even describe how fucked that would be. It would be the worst two years as a Spurs fan in my life.

If he’s still here next season I can imagine that I won’t be the only one cancelling my Sky, TNT and Prime subscriptions!

You will be OK.

We will get you through it.

Terry Neil, Gross, Ramos and AVB had a similar effect on me.

I went to watch Ledley and Dawson, a couple of years back, doing a Spurs related evening of chat, shirt auctions and Q&A.

Dawson was brilliant.

I obviously love Ledley but without Dawson the evening would not have been as interesting as it turned out to be.

I was impressed with his personality and began to understand why he was seen as such an important member of that team. As a player I can't say I ever thought he was particularly great. He was good but lucky to have played alongside Ledley. A fact he was happy to acknowlege himself, without being asked. Dawson struck me as being a very charismatic, humble, honest and positive person who loved playing for Spurs and was greatful for the hand he had been dealt. I understood after that evening why the other players, who played in that team, loved him so much. He spoke with genuine affection and admiration for that group. I left thinking he was top bloke to be honest.

A real Spurs man.

If he considered a role in coaching I think Dawson could be a success.

He is a people person.

It was your remarks about him being thick that I struggled to comprehend. I thought the opposite.

I found him to be articulate and passionate about THFC.

That is fair enough and maybe I am being harsh about him just because I am so frustrated with Spurs and Ange and seeing Dawson sit there backing him pretending everything is going to be ok boils my piss. I find it's mugging off the fans. Just come out and say it, but he won't.

I know he's Spurs, but he just repeats cliches whenever I see him on TV.

I'm sure he's a great bloke, and he was always appreciated as a player but I don't like him as a pundit. My opinion might change on him in more positive times again but maybe he should stick to the after dinner circuit which he's paid for and clearly does well at.

What would it take for you to not believe in Ange?
Pretty simple for most of us who want him to be given a chance - let him have a run of games with a decent pool of players and replacements and if we're still losing continually, then like any manager he would need to move on .
Sacking him under the current circumstances are like criticising a boxer for failing to win fights when his arms are tied behind his back.
And spare me the bullshit of trying to make an analogy of him tying his arms behind his own back, because that makes as much sense as him crippling his current squad of players.

He's going to be sacked before next season.

It's just a question of whether he can get us to crawl over the line to safety and allow pinhead some time in the summer to make his next awful choice, or bring us to the brink of relegation and force the poisoned dwarf to scramble for literally anyone who has the faintest idea of what they're doing.

We need to move for Iraola quickly before Chelsea end up sacking Maresca and going for him. You wouldn't put it passed their owners.

As usual we will be left holding our dicks.

At least the number of Ange profile pics has on here as pretty much diminished. I think we're down to the last 3 now

I guess our squad right now is worse than Brentford, CP, Fulham, Bournemouth etc. to be in 14th...

They're all fully behind him.
Noticed more than ever on social media lately sticking up for him and blaming all our shit on Spurs.
No doubt this prick will go back to an ametuer football league and do "well" and they'll say "See"

I'll get in the ring with Usyk this weekend and get twatted. The weekend after, I'll beat up a 9 year old to prove I can box.
If your weak posts are anything to go by, my money’s on the 9 year old.

Levy will wait until he feels a safely cheap, unassailable moment, and pick his target, who will have no one better to choose from. Just as with his transfer strategies, there will be absolutely NO overspending to beat out other clubs or get any business done early.

The Salisbury City FC manager looks decent tbf. But his salary might be a little out of our salary bracket. One can dream though....

Agree- feels very similar to the post-Bale, Sherwood era. I didn't watch much during that time- football was too brutal after watching Bale tear it up for several seasons. This season, I've canceled my fancy web-subscription in December (fubo) that allows me to watch the blackout games here in the states ($80/month). I still have paramount and espn+ and peacock which catch most of the rest but yea- not gonna spend that extra dough just to watch us get pumped in big games. The football is just not credible right now, unfortunately.

I don't think Levy will pony up dough for Iraola, who will be in demand throughout Europe at the end of this season, and will ultimately go elsewhere. Of the rest we are linked with, Frank seems to be doing worse than Silva right now. I would hope Levy recognizes this and avoids him. Silva I think would be willing but Levy thinks he can do better.

For me this leaves Terzic, who I can easily see Levy being enamored with. No big fee to break his contract, not already on high PL wages. He may already have a NDA'd agreement with him to take over at the end of the season, or something contingent and similar.

I think Silva is the perfect manager for Spurs but that Iraola would be better than Terzic. In the end I think we end up with Terzic though- just knowing the preferences of the decision-making parties and the available candidates- it seems almost inevitable. I wouldn't be surprised to see Ange sacked and Terzic brought in immediately at any time now.

Terzic I don't know that well but I do acknowledge he's had a lot of success. I also like that he was Bilic's assistant in WHam- he at least has some direct experience with prem football. It'll be interesting to see how it all plays out.

i also disagree he supports the players as he blames them constantly for not being good enough for his system.
What are you smoking? Can I have some!
Other than when he publicly said Werner’s performance wasn’t good enough ( in the context of he’s a German international and should be better) he has NEVER blamed the players. He constantly defends them and says the blame lies with him.
You can hate Ange and want him sacked etc etc but don’t sprout bullshit. He has stated they’re fatigued, they’re knackered, they’re young etc but he’s never said they’re not good enough for his system.

Wow....what a read, I genuinely pity you. I guess what you're feeling emotionally is what I imagine it feels like to be above 90+ IQ.

I'm genuinely looking forward to winning a major trophy or two next season when we've overcome this unfortunate injury scare. No question, Flange is a master tactician, he's so stealth and wise that no one can actually conceptualise what he's doing in real time to trigger our play into our usual elite level performances.
