Guaranteeing playing time in contracts is something we should do very sparingly, if at all, and certainly not for a player like Porro. I'm even disappointed thinking we may have done it for Gray.

Ange has his favorites, and that's fine- as a grown man, he can live or die by his own choices.

I think Porro can still be a very good FB, but he needs a better coach that can help him focus on DEFENSE. Ange just is not that coach.
Does Ange do any of the coaching?

Porro just does not give AF about defending. His distance from his mark in this photos is pathetic.

Another player that Ange has done absolutely nothing to improve defensively. The more I think about it, the more disappointed I am that Ange benched Spence to play him instead. Piss poor choice.

I'm convinced Porro is exactly where he's told to be most of the time. Who's fault is that?

One of the best narratives going for sure.

Smart Pragmatic Howe - 38 goals allowed in PL
Crazy Ange - 39 goals allowed in PL
Smart Pragmatic Emery - 45 goals allowed in the PL

I guess we've just been really lucky.

I don't watch all those teams games, but I watch every minute of ours.
There's been many times where we have had lady luck to thank for not conceding more. Bournemouth should have had more. City should have had 3 last night. There are other games where you just scratch your head and say "how did we not concede " or more often "how did we only lose by one goal?"

That may apply to those teams to, I don't know. But it definitely applies to us.

We gave Ipswich 12 goal attempts before half time last weekend.

We are such a badly coached team, still can't believe people still making excuses for him.
Even with a fully fit team, they was still conceding and offering up chances, team is wide open because of naive tactics.
Ange just needs to go as soon as possible.
He is stinking the place out and the faith in him is truly staggering.

What manager would have left Djed Spence out of the starting line up for last nights game and switched Danso and Gray around into the bargain?

Why is Ange never asked simple questions like this at a press conference?

I know, spence has probably been our best player in recent weeks since he started him, he can't surely be burnt out.
Apart from the Tottenham team that went down in 1977, I can't remember another team losing so many games it's scandalous.

I appreciate the scolding. You make me better. Thank you for policing the forum.
Any time. Glad to do it.

I watched that whole match back. We got luckier than the cultist want to admit.

It was a good performance in the last 25 mins or so but the rest of the match it was in balance. For the first 20 they could’ve easily scored at least once.

A team that lost to a terrible 10 man United btw. Ipswich are the worst team in the league form wise right now.

The only impressive win we had of the 3 was going to Brentford and beating them. Genuinely not easy. And that was a poor performance settled by an OG.

That’s what we are right now - just a mid table side having scratchy games against other mid table sides..

Like Danso last night pressing high in City’s half acting on instructions!

I’m not one for stats but Danso made just one tackle throughout the 90 min apparently!

Levy did promise us that, moving to the new stadium would be game changing.
He certainly wasn't wrong, although I don't think we expected to see a recruitment policy of purchasing pre school kids and performance levels that have taken us to the bottom half of the table.
