I agree with this assessment entirely.
Postecoglou says many of the right things but something is wrong with his methods,the delivery and the translation.
The injuries have been freakish, and no manager could have presided over brilliance in that time, but before they arrived we were bang average, off the back of not being anything special in the last 4 months of last season.
Once we are out of the Europa, and only those in fantasy land will believe we can navigate a path to glory, then he should be relieved of his duties.
We need hope. This guy cannot provide the antidote.

It's especially funny to see people who are extremely critical of Levy in general big Ange up, in an attempt to establish a false dichotomy between Levy the villain and Ange the hero. If Levy is as big of a novice in footballing matters as they claim then, other things being equal, him unearthing a hidden gem that is Ange is much less plausible than Ange being an absolute failure of an appointment. Other things might obviously not be equal in this particular case, but the burden of proof is on those who think Levy somehow got it right this time. That's just what the principle of parsimony dictates.
What's been happening on the pitch for almost the entirety of Ange's tenure only reinforces the opposite notion, that Levy got it -horribly- wrong once again. If you want to continue defying common sense and some other fundamental principles of logic by singing Ange's praises go ahead.

you have absolutely no idea as to what an achievement it was to get Aberdeen winning titles over Celtic and Rangers. Oh and beating Real in a final and Bayern M on the way. They then won the Super cup.
A year or so earlier they knocked Ipswich out of the EUFA cup. Ipswich were one of the best teams in the country at the time, were EUFA cup holders and should also have won Div 1 when Villa pipped them.

He went to Japan because he was in bed with Fifa even then, and he was working to make "emerging nations" better.
He wasn't there because he didn't know what he was doing, he was a bona fide quality coach that was wanted by many of Europes top teams.
It's a fucking shame Hoddle didn't recommend we go balls deep to get him, but I guess he was too busy being in charge of Chelsea.

Ferguson's time in Scotland was when the Scottish league was a million times more competitive than it is now. He also one a cup winners cup and I think a title with Aberdeen - Its a completely different time to now when any fool can win with Celtic. Postecluless is still a terrible choice as manager and he's proving it with each bad result
I have a weird feeling we have an ok end of the season and he stays.
Then we have a decent season next year with no European football, playing once a week and we scrape through as top 7. then the following season is an absolute mess like this one.
