I don’t know how you couldn’t see the sarcasm and context of that post? Especially when multiple posters before me already said the same thing about being “not confident about winning tonight” etc, do I need to quote post them for you? lol.

Also you really think I would be making a £1000 bet otherwise? Especially considering Ange clings to the fucking life raft longer than Jack Dawson, it wouldn’t even surprise me if we do win 😂.

Unlike Ange, I can actually admit if I do something incredibly stupid.

Come to think of it, I actually think CarrieFi CarrieFi was in on the joke and I missed the context of that, so now I actually DO feel stupid ffs lmao.

I only read your posts mate.

Look at what you've done!

You were the one who said tonight?

You trying to style it out now that CarrieFi CarrieFi called you on it?

You aren’t really trying to pretend what you meant was that?

As for Ange…I felt the way you do much stronger at the end of Jose and Conte. Ange has had periods that felt the best and the most optimistic since Poch. I couldn’t really give a fuck about the narcissist stuff or the excuses he makes, they all do it eventually at this club.

End of the day, managers come, managers go, I’ll still be a Spurs fan.
Mate, you were the first one in the chain to say the game is on tonight......check back....🤦‍♂️

he had literally one genuinely good period at the club lmao, ONE.

Did read on football insider Ange wont get sacked if we get knocked out by AZ but will be post season review instead. Will be a disgrace if we get knocked out by a 19k stadium team in an inferior league. Tbh I'd rather keep Ange till end of season then sack him. Mason a 3rd time as caretaker would be a joke.
Well its not really about the size of the stadium which makes great football teams.
Leverkusen once reached a cl final with a 22500 capacity.
Newcastle had 40000 to 50000 every week but were shit for decades.
We should hire people with a greater football knowledge than levy lange munn and so on...

Ajax won the CL in 1995 against AC Milan.
Their average attendance was 23.5k
Milans was 54.3k average. Wierdly it was as high as 70k a year before and the capacity was over 80k back then.

the most underrated striker we've ever had.

0-1 down in CL at Wembley, 80th min, about to crash out, brings on Llorente, 2 assists and it's 2-1.

He was the one that was giving de Ligt and co all the problems, they just couldnt handle him. couldnt believe letting him go after that.
fantastic option off the bench.

Poch never played him either. Very sad to have that sort of a talent and let them just rot on your bench.

These are all reasons I don't want Poch back. He played favorites like the absolute Devil and absolutely killed many fringe players and youth careers that way.

He was involved in 36 games over 2 seasons and scored 2 league goals.
I do appreciate that goals are not the be all and end all way to rate a forward, nor do I have the actual number of minutes played, but 2 league goals is probably why we let him leave.
He was 34 when he left, he went on to score 6 league goals in Italy & Spain in 53 games. It probably wasn't wrong to let him go.

There was plenty of chance to start him and give Kane a rest- especially during a season in which he was desperately, dangerously overplaying himself, and in fact did injure himself stupidly against City in the CL knockouts. Part of being a good coach means you stop players from playing even when they think they should, and Poch unfortunately had absolutely zero ability to bench Kane when it would have been better for him and the team.

There's absolutely no reason Llorente shouldn't have gotten more games, especially against the bottom half of the table dross that we played so often those years. Poch really did miss a chance to glean a bit more from his squad there, in my opinion.

He should stay whilst in the EL. Why leave a chance for people and what if....He's now getting players back. It's only right that he wears the blame for not winning a competition that by all measure is ripe to be won.

Not making at the most minimal the semis is complete and utter failure. I personally consider not making the final completely unacceptable. And only except for losing the final in the most cruel of circumstances still a total failure.

Spurs are a big club and should have a minimum of standards. The EL this year is/was there to be taken. APart from from Man U turning it around 100%, none have anywhere near the advantages on paper that Spurs have.

Spurs go out of this comp, Ange goes out straight after the final whistle. I have no doubt management is thinking like this, and I think they've very likely told Ange.

There isn't any reason for him to go on because his project will be dead and cremated with him only carrying around the ashes.
