Yep this is what I was told we have contacted:two coaches already, one out of work one in work. So it's one of :Terzic, Southgate, Allegri and it's obviously Iraola. The good news is I was told all of the parties approached were interested and none turned it down out right.

Subsequently I was told Alonso has also sounded US out about him potentially wanting to be considered. It's funny the people thinking we couldn't get a coach of quality are way off. Also the word is that a fair few think Levy HAS backed the coach reasonably and money was badly spent.

Clarification the stuff in Italics came from a bloke I met who is connected to senior board members the second was just told to me by a football writer for a decent print/ media site.

Southgate? Allegri? If that is the shortlist we in for a world of hurt. Great that Iraola is on there but it's for me to see us getting him- especially if he gets CL with them.

Terzic I feel very meh about. The Alonso link I simply find hard to believe.

Not great news overall. Southgate or Allegri would be awful, morale killing for us.

You watch the CL tonight with the two Madrid teams and you see managers who interact with their team on the field and their management team off the field as well. They don't stand on the line like a deaf mute like our clown, who offers no input to the team or listens to his management team either. I fear there will be some gulf in quality from the last two nights games to the horror show Thursday night.

So let me get this straight...

Any kind of occasional "Give him to the end of the season" or "I don't think now is the best time to sack him" comment makes that person part of an imagined "Ange in" cult.

However, endlessly posting about him being a fat Aussie cunt who's way out of his depth, the worst Tottenham manager of all time, the fucking cunt, oh did I forget to mention how the cunt was fat, clueless and Australian, isn't in itself kind of cultish?

I mean day in, day out. As I’ve said before, taking zero joy from the admittedly brief pleasurable moments. Everything about Spurs is complete shit and most of it is down to a fat Australian fraud, the cunt.

But no, dedicating yourself to permanent hate-posting like that is nothing whatsoever like cultish behaviour. You're just "telling it like it is".

Right-oh.
the football makes me miserable and i blame the coach. the coach is a fat miserable cunt and that's why i call him that.

Oh there’s no question that the mask has fallen. He’s deluded. He genuinely can’t work out why the game plan that beats Hamilton Academical isn’t working here.

I said elsewhere the haphazard, swashbuckling nature of those first 10 games is gone now too. We are defensively and offensively shit.

Like even yesterday, it took a worldie fluke and a penalty to salvage a draw in a game that we should have been 4 or 5 down in. That’s the story of the season too, with better finishing we’d have been absolutely molested in most games we played.

He’s so far out of his depth it’s only his blubber keeping him afloat.
What’s even worse is he doesn’t even acknowledge it the actual stats in games or results and performances. He just says not good enough or not of the standard we are capable of. Well that standard is hardly ever seen so it’s not the standard. Never says our home form is terrible and that for a big club that should not be the case.

I think he still genuinely believes the players are failing to execute his game plan. It seemed he might have been reflecting on potentially changing things with that weird three at the back formation he tried against Brentford (?) was it? But I guess then seeing how that didn't work went right back to his old tried and true method. Very bizarre and seemingly blinkered view overall.

No doubt. TBF, the football bears no resemblance to the football played by his previous teams.

Whatever the reason, its not working, and no way does he get next season.

Yeah, not hard to look like a good manager when you manage Celtic and play poor Scottish sides.

In Europe he flopped big time also with Celtic. So really just works against really poor teams when you have relatively dominant player.

I guess that says a lot about his level.

its very telling everything looks so disjointed now. There is no fluidity, the players can barely pass to each other. It is a big sign the players have lost faith in the manager and its the end of his tenure. He simply has to go.

The system just fully leaves the players hung out to dry. The Constant bombing forward of all Cms, no one covering for each other, the amount of times the Cms are pressing opposition fullbacks with no one covering the centre, the fullbacks both just so high every bloody time.

There is a reason you don't want both your fullbacks as attacking 8s in situations, they are Cms for a reason, they arent 10s for a reason, I get having one inverted fullback to create overloads in the middle of the park, but both inverted is just so dumb.
Over load should be in wide areas not in the middle of the park. V low blocks why add more congestion you need to stretch teams.

Good morning. Have mainly been reading on Twitter and SC (and ocassionally been posting there under a different name) and holy shit a lot of people are deluded regarding Ange. Last few days there have genuinely been people on SC arguing about "this season not being so terrible". Like, I respect other people's opinions but Christ almighty. Thought I would give this site a chance and it's refreshing to see that you generelly are able to see it as it is, that Ange is a truly awful manager.

I watched the highlights of the Bournemouth game last night.

After the first goal the way the Bournemouth players celebrated with the manager told me they had worked on that in training and it panned out exactly like they had planned. So much space for him to run into. You even see Iraolo pointing where to run.

I’ve celebrated like that with players. It’s a great feeling when your training ground tactics work.

(Poor defending by Spence though. Just falls asleep to the danger. Great pass but you have to cut those out)
