No he wasn't absolute garbage for us. That's not some definitive statement it's just what you think. He won a couple of manager of the month awards which were you minded to and of a diffrent position you would be pointing to as proof he wasn't COMPLETE garbage. That snap shot stat you keep punting is evidence of a team in shit form, it's not set in aspic. What was Pochettinos when he was fired? It seems silly and selective. Why mention Ange? Because Ange Postecoglou is the poorest coach I've seen in my life time worse than AVB, worse than Francis worse than Ardiles worse than Nuno and loads of people think that despite you not screen shotting the stats for running and shots when they got the bullet. More importantly and most telling I don't give a toss about XG or AG we are 13th right now !!!where were we when Nuno was fired.
That's exactly my point he had genuine mitigation and got none of this largesse. I don't think he was a fit but he was given zero chance. You can't have your D.o.f telling you can't play the way you want. Though I wish they would Ange Postecoglou

I’m not miserable, mate—I’m absolutely delighted we got through. I’ve said it time and time again: while I might not think Ange is up to the task, winning a trophy means far more to me than seeing him sacked.
What I am laughing at is your level of delusion, thinking this victory somehow silences anyone who’s criticised Ange.
So quick on the draw to attack other supporters, shouldn’t you be taking your own advice and celebrating the win?

It was our best performance in a long time and we scored one great goal on the counter.
But AZ are a team who’d almost certainly finish bottom of the PL, so we can’t get too carried away just yet.
We still made them look much better than they are by gifting opportunities.
I will support Ange as long as he is here but still a long way to go to turn the whole thing around.
Let’s hope this is a major confidence boost to all the squad, and we can really kick on from here somehow.
