I've said it a zillion times, you could get Pep/Carlo/Cruyff/Sir Alex to manage us, we'd still do crap as long as the board stays and the players are lazy, overrated sissies. Iraola is a million times the manager Ange is, but he ain't a miracle worker.

You don't have to be a miracle worker to learn within 18 months that it is bad idea to start a player that cannot retain possession and progress it (Johnson) in front of a fullback who does not have proper defensive instincts in place (Porro).

Also there is always a chance of manager not to play the lazy and shit players. Manager pick teams.
Yet we still see that despite Moore contributed to 3 goals in 3 matches within few weeks - he'll still get rooted to deep end of the bench...
If you keep picking players that constantly underperform, then you have responsibility for those decisions.

Its actually funny how many chuds built Ange up as the next coming of Jesus and then it turned out he can barely muster up a fart.

Hes genuinely one of the worst coaches iv ever seen. Completely out of his depth. Im wondering how he’s got this far in football. The football is actually trash. Incoherent. He’s got zero charisma. He seems completely disconnected from the players. Has zero leadership qualities. Just waffles in interviews and says mate.

I dont know why we are continuing with this.

I've always found those complaints about our alleged inconsistency under Ange baffling honestly. We've been quite consistent under him since day one in terms of how we play, if anything we've been consistent to a fault. Outcome of a given match of ours is determined by how capable the opposition is of exploiting our glaring weaknesses, which have been stated and discussed in this forum since day one as well.

You can keep Ange here for the next 10 years and the pattern would be more or less the same: Losing to or even taking a beating from top teams barring an odd win here and there, while winning against or even steamrolling a good amount of the bottom half teams while also dropping some -unexpected- points along the way. Standings wise this would probably amount to a 45-55 point season and a mid-table/top-half (?) finish. During the last 28 matches of last season we were on pace for a 54 point season, we're currently on pace for a 46 point season. The difference can simply be attributed to natural variance every team experiences from year to year rather than a specific cause, no matter how tempting the latter can be.

If the goal is to get stuck in perpetual mediocrity then we can certainly do worse than Ange. Make of that what you will.

Agree, I'll be honest. I am seriously concerned Ange will get next season.

Especially if we make the final, and he can point to it and say "progress mate", and Levy might fall for it.

If he gets next season regardless of winning thr trophy, I'll be sick with anger and disgust.

I cannot go through another season, another wasted year with this cunt in charge.

But, I have to be honest, I would take winning the trophy and him being given next season, because I know he'll be sacked by October anyway once we start the season with constant defeats and Levy realises we have 2 points from 8 games and are heading for relegation.

Winning the Europa will be this clubs biggest achievement in decades. So Ange being given a couple of months next season is worth the sacrifice. But that is worst case scenario.

If we do somehow win the cup, the club should still without a single doubt sack him and say thanks for the cup Ange, but you're finished here. Anything less than that, and we are run by absolute clowns.

There are no circumstances at this point, where Ange should be here next season. It's staggering he is still here to be honest.

This squad can go places, but they need a competent manager in charge, not this clown.
Mate for fucks sake.
You state there are no circumstances Ange should be here next season but you have outlined upteen reasons why he should. You are a magician.

What in godsname is a chud

imagine waking up to the news of Ange being sacked over the weekend.. and theres a buzz… because Pochettino has been spotted at the airport. He’s driving into the training ground. He declares he has unfinished business at Spurs. Immediately raises the banners and casts out the rot. Puts himself back at the rightful head of the table. The positivity. The energy. Got us thinking about 2016-2019 all over again. Even his last year at Spurs was a million times better than this shit.

Investment. Some real big name signings. Immediately changes the energy of the club. The players. We finally have our leader back. The excitement. We need this.

It can and will happen.

Even in our worst blip under Poch, the standard of football was a million times higher than Postenoclue. Little tiny Levy needs to put his ego aside, admit he got it tremendously wrong, and that he’s wasted 5 years of progress and millions of dollars, and send his team of delegates to USA to hash this out and even get Poch back in time for Frankfurt. Levy loyalists need to fall in line too, support the interests of the club, and admit they never had it better under Poch. Otherwise, you are just going to be chasing your tails for years to come, waste millions of dollars and become “the new Stoke”, SAD! Get it done, thank you!!
