He hates us. Has ever since he couldn’t understand why we didn’t want Woolwich to win the league. That was a massive alarm bell right there.
That's so obvious. And it makes zero sense. The bloke had his name sung when all we did was pull back a 5-1 pummeling at home to Liverpool to 5-3. He's been treated beyond kindly and patiently. He's been given every chance to show us he's got something at this level. Maybe the board could've given him more in the summer..... But he cannot surely think he's been treated harshly as far as the fans are concerned.

He hates us because he’s still managing us. Any other club would have fired him two or three times over.

If we’d been harsh he’s have nothing but happy memories and a bigger bank account.

He said this a couple of days ago :ange-facepalm:

"There’s critical analysis of performance at every level and as you get higher there’s bigger things at stake, for sure. Forget a football manager, forget me. Would you say ‘he’s got no idea what he’s doing? He’s got no plan B, he’s stubborn, his methods don’t work, he’s out of his depth'. Where does that come from? From people, some of whom weren’t even born when I started managing. I started in 1996/97. You've just got accept that’s part of the world I’m in. I accept it but I don’t have to react to it. I can just laugh it off because I just think it’s ridiculous."

He doesn't appear to be laughing much in that tunnel vid :/

There will be cultural differences between Australians and British that will be part of how he comes across. Thats not forgiving of his abrupt nature, but it will be part of the way Aussie culture is direct.

His record pre Tottenham was decent enough and he could have been a first team coach or indeed assistant to someone good, but to be given the key position is In hindsight insane. Nothing on his CV suggests he should have been in that situation.

However, easy to forget the absolute mess it was post Conte / Paratici. They panicked and they got this guy. It was the wrong appointment.

I am not clear who has the most skin in the Ange game. Lange or Levy, but one of Ange or Lange will be paying the price for this utter nonsense.

Financial impacts will force Levy’s hand. No way Nike / AIA / whomever else are going to be linking this shit 💩 anymore then the rest of us. Two out of three years with no Europe is not that easy for the penny pinchers to get past. The absolute minimum required is European qualification.

What comes next better involve adults playing football and moving away from buying talent that is years away from being good enough or it will be difficult to stay away from repeating what Everton have been doing year after year. The biggest hurdle now is getting players to join…

What an absolute state this club is.

Just cane to me that last season Postecoglou talked about being a winner and could not get his head round many of us wanting to lose to City. Alarm bekks right there.

Fast forward to today, he plays that lightweight outfit.

It's just incoherent, much as he talks with clarity on the demand.

Weird.
hes spoke so much shit hes probably forgot what he said now, hes winging the whole thing, hes not a football manager.

contradiction after contradiction from this unbearable prick. the moment the news is out that this fat cunt has been sacked, its going to be fucking beautiful.

I just don’t understand why Levy has decided to be patient with this guy.

Optics and probably trying desperately to break the feedback loop.

I mean, it's exhausting for us, just imagine what it's like internally as well having the merry go round constantly happening. Six managers in 10 years and that doesn't include either of Mason's caretaker stints or Stellini.

We won't sack him as long as we are in the EL

Annoyingly because with him we 100% won't win it
He won't be sacked until there is someone secured to take over long term, which won't be until after the season is finished. He would have been sacked weeks (months) ago if the board were happy to piss about with yet another interim stellini/ mason appointment. He's here until the end of the season.

Anyone seen the video of Ange acting like a fake tough guy again at the fan who simply asked "what was that?"

It's getting embarrasing beyond belief now. He had to get dragged away by Spence and Tel like some fucking drunk dad in Benidorm.

Stop letting this absolute cretin disgrace our club even more then he has and get rid.

In fairness to Ange, that's one of the few things I think he's got right at Spurs.
We have a shit mentality as a club sometimes, we've been called Spursy, Dr Tottenham and sections of our fans would rather we lose, just because they can't face seeing a rival celebrate.
I mean, it's a shit state of affairs when the mentality is to lose, sosomeone else doesn't win. Winners win, it's in their DNA, it hurts to lose even one game.
At least Ange tried to fix that shit mentality, although he failed at that too unfortunately.

2 cup finals that we were probably the underdogs in.

Our point in the pecking order is below City, below Liverpool, but above Fulham. If those 4 teams are in the semi finals “hat” where’s your money at?

Do you honestly believe at the start of the season those 4 clubs have an equal chance of finishing top 4 and winning a trophy?

If so, I would love to live in the world you do!

We are not a super club, we are not the biggest spenders on wages or transfers.
Plus for a long time we would put out weaker teams in Europa league or conference than the PL to try to be top 4. Cups were not as important as the league.
Probably the first season that’s not going to be the case.
Newcastle were underdogs and won.
We didn't lose those cup finals because we finished in the top 4. We didn't kick off and think " we've already finished in the top 4 so we don't need this"
It's nonsense.
