It doesn't bother me we're shit.
It doesn't bother me we lost.
It doesn't bother me other fans laugh at us.

It DOES bother me anyone is still behind this fucking amateur.
It DOES bother me that after sacking around 15 coaches, this is the one the idiot at the top decides to grant time too.
It DOES bother me this season has been so shockingly wasted and this joker clown is going to survive until the very last game...........at least.

I'm always suspicious of videos because you don't see what happened just before the part that gets publicized. It's not a good look, but who knows what lead up to this.

FFS. A shocking, toothless, half arsed display by a team with 7 changes from the last starting line up led to a fan getting the hump.
It's as easy as that.

Ange is fucking useless and match going fans are sick to death of watching this sterile shit.

If you look at our remaining fixtures including europa I think we'll be very lucky to see 3 wins between now and the end of the season. I don't think we will finish any higher than we are now and don't think it's incomprehensible that we finish 16th at this point. After that this cunt needs sacking.

Just seen we have 44 pts from our last 38 league games. Thats worse than Gross, worse than Pleat in his interim season and yet he's still here. The utter twats we have in charge of this club.
Don't forget the silly cunts, and I don't use that word outside of joking usually, that still back him.
Any fan sat here today that still blames players and still thinks it's just injuries and still thinks this man is a PL coach has a mental illness.
GET HELP.

We wont see him sacked before the end of the season, because it is likely money orientated.
Levy wont pull the trigger before the levers in Ange's contract bring his pay-off way down.
I hope I'am so so wrong and the press release is on the horizon, but if its not in by Tuesday then it'll roll till end of the season.

I've gone from feeling like Ange was a good choice, considering his start and the way he spoke about football and the club, to being thoroughly embarrassed by his interactions with press and fans. His football is insipid and rudderless.

Get the whole coaching staff out. They are two bob.

The day this chairman and his board leave or are ousted, is the day this football club comes alive again. Until then, its just rinse and repeat.

“But, but, ... it’s more entertaining than under Conte!” We haven’t heard that excuse because now it’s a miserably dull to watch. Ponderous, devoid of ideas, no discernible tactical plan and still shipping goals for fun. There are no objective reasons to keep the fraud.

Always was and always will be biggest fraud in football management.

I've never seen anything like it. I am genuinely shocked he is still here. It's toxic as fuck at this club now. The players clearly aren't playing for him. He's fronting it up with fans, he's just an odious cunt.

Where are all the muppets who said it was because of injuries that we are where we are? The irony is, in fact, it's because of the injuries that Ange still has a job, because it gave him an excuse for about 4 months, to hide behind. When many of us always knew, we would lose even with our best players out there playing. It was nothing to do with injuries why results have been so terrible. It's because of Ange. But he hid behind injuries, and so did his cult, and they gaslit the fans who were saying Ange is a fraud who is out of his depth.

It was obvious to anyone with a clue, that when players returned, we would still be awful.

It's so bad, I went on Betfair, and they don't even have a Next PL Manager To Be Sacked market. The only market they offer is, Who Will Be The Next Permanent Manager Of Tottenham Hotspur. Hahaha. Even the bookies are saying it's finished.

Yet Levy still won't sack him. It's mental.

There was a flimsy argument that it was worth keeping him until the end of the season because we are in March and still in Europe. That ship has sailed. He needs to go now. I don't care if Wells or Mason take charge for the rest of the season. Get this horrible, thin skinned, pig out of our club now.

I am in Perth, WA yes. But I grew up going to the Lane with my old man, I spent a good 25 years going there before emigrating.
I'm pretty sure Sir Alex wouldn't have wanted his United team to roll over and lose just to prevent a rival winning trophy.
Winning is a mentality that takes precedence over everything else. You look at all the top teams, top players in any sport. None of them would accept losing under any circumstances, because it's in their DNA.
But some fans don't want to win certain games for what reason? Because they can't face the Woolwich fan in their office? Because they can't face seeing a rival team celebrating in the paper?
We're either a team that wins regardless, because it's our culture. Or we're also rans that throws games to stop other teams winning. I know which team I'd rather support...
Thats all well and good but doesnt cover the fact Ange is no where good enough. A lot of the players yesterday were his.
Tell me this ref Anges mentality of winning every game no matter what. Why did we rest players v Man city. Why was 7 changes made for yesterday? If you want to win every game you play your strongest team. Or is it that shit he came out with v Woolwich only when it suits him.

I don't think so. Sacking Conte or Mourinho cost us millions more and Levy didn't care. There must be a different reason.
True enough.

I wonder if it just Levy showing something else, that he is willing to be patient at this point because he has nowhere else to turn. No one wants the job. Ange was 4th, 5th choice, IIRC.

What do you think the other reasons might be, Caduka?

At this point, I'm completely at a loss

You can use an even larger sample and it won't look much better. If we exclude the first ten games, the infamous purple patch, we have taken 74 points in 57 games. That is roughly 1.3 ppg which barely gets you top half most seasons. We've been well below par for almost his entire time here, it's not just the recent injuries that has hurt us as many, including Ange himself, seem to think.

Sorry not attacking you but just another point. You say players in top teams dont accept defeats etc. And in the next line say fans dont want to win certain games.
2 Totally different sets of people and groups. Players are professional and shouldnt want to lose but the fans dont want their rivals winning anything. 2 are totally seperate and 99% of the time players are seperate to all that

There is not enough in the plus side, and his team selection yesterday was just bizarre.

Build some fcuking momentum for God sake. Rest VDV okay but beyond that, why, given there is an upcoming international break.

It's nearly impossible to see any hint of real progress and as I maintain, we must be the team opponents look forward to most, because we strike fear in no one.

I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt over the winter form because the injury list was ridiculous.

But players are now coming back and the same old patterns are happening.

So it doesn't matter who he picks. His system means one long ball can be a through ball against us because we are constantly left with 2 defenders on their own high up the pitch and for an attacking minded manager I don't think we play great football either.

We score goals in patches which make the stat for total goals scored look better than they are. It's the equivalent of a striker scoring a hattrick in the opening game of the season, going the next four matches without a shot on goal and then saying "he's started the season well with 3 goals in 5 games" - no he had one great game and then drew blanks for 360 minutes.

Ok, but lets recap yesterdays game for a moment, taking step back from those reactions and emotions.

We came into the game from back of 3:1 win which clearly lifted spirits. After this league game there is international break coming. So it will set the mood, but will also provide rest for many of the players.

Odobert just had his breakout game during week, scoring not once but twice! Also I would say that Sonny and Madders had a good game and had their impact. Odobert and Maddison, mind you, are not called up to national teams either. So maybe just strike while the iron is hot and let them carry their good form into this one?

BUT NO! Ange shockingly decides to drop ALL 3 of them (!) at once (!) in EPL game (!)
So we start off with midfield of Gray-Bissouma-Bentancur. And frontline of Tel-Solanke-Johnson.
First of all midfield - I was happy to see Gray got a chance there finally. That was a nice touch. And I admit, I have been calling for using more than 1 holding player at once. So now Ange shifted from 1 to 3 (!). Okay, bit surprising but can understand at least part of it.
But question raises - it is SO freaking obvious to everyone - Johnson is not one for creation. He hardly takes players on, creates room and sets others up. And on the other wing, we have a new player who has never played on the wing for us before (!) . While Solanke up top is a known quality, question remains- who is supposed to be the driving force in that lineup ?!?! I raised the same question in local Spurs fan FB group too, before the ball was even touched.

Roll on the first half - we look quite solid defensively to be honest. Not much room for Fulham players. We keep them on xG of 0,28 (based on Understat data). On the flipside we create nothing at all ourselves (xG 0,09). But for first half, for me it was fine. Exactly what I forecasted, did happen - not enough creativity. So that needed addressing. In HT at the same FB group, I said that we should do one change - Bissouma off, Madders on. Would have shifted the balance AND given us more direct goal-threat too. Ange paniced a bit, made two changes with Sonny and Bergvall.

Our performance did improve upon that. But in terms of direct goal threat... there was still not enough. And our most productive (!) player in terms of scoring and assisting (Madders) was still left to rot on the bench ?!? ffs? WHY?

And then it went all-out-angeball from here. Our genious-manager decided to also sub off Romero for Maddisson on 69th minute (!). So from start of having 3 holding midfielders, we go to 1. And push 19 yo central midfielder into central defense DURING EPL GAME SECOND HALF ?!? WHAT. WHY? WTF. Which is exactly what was reaction on the field. With that move we lost defensive structure and we also lost midfield structure. It was panic all around, with, again 19 yo midfielder played as CB partnered with our 4th choice CB. All this during EPL game (!) when we had VDV on the bench (!) and Micky is not even called up to national side. So clearly he could have played these damn 21 minutes.

And then inevitable happen. We are a chaos. We condede a goal. We push even higher and concede 2nd goal as well.

I mean WHAT THE FUCK. It is just absurdly pathetic all around. Total and vomit-inducing mismanagement.
Dropping the in form players.
Starting with clearly unbalanced side.
Then panicking and switching it 180 degrees, instead of calculated and normal adjustments.
And then playing in EPL away game with CB pairing of 19 yo midfielder and 4th choice CB while you have 1st choice CB on bench.

It is 100 fucking % on Ange. Just total fucking shitshow and short recap/proof why and how out of depth he is.
Have some fucking dignity to yourself and step down. You clearly cannot do the job ffs.

True enough.

For me it’s three possible options.

1. It’s financial. He will have a lower pay off if we finish trophyless at the end of the season, or they may be a break clause or something.

2. Levy, after the Mourinho debacle sacking a manager before a final doesn’t want to risk instability for the cup run.

3. Investment or a change in ownership is imminent and typically managers aren’t sacked ahead of that.

There is of course the chance that Levy is now indifferent and as long as cash is rolling in and we aren’t going to go down he doesn’t care so much.

We wont see him sacked before the end of the season, because it is likely money orientated.

I don't think it's money now. I think it's a case of not having to finish a 3rd season in 6 years with a caretaker.
The league season is absolutely done. We as fans hate losing but we're probably safe being 17 points off relegation with 27 to play for. No chance are Ipswich going to get that now. At one point they had a little bit of fight, but they're done and rolling over most weeks now.

The only thing that'll get him out before the end of the season now is some kind of misconduct. Maybe if fans keep abusing him we could get him to take a swing.

Unlikely though, he keeps his nose fairly clean compared to gobby fucks like Mourinho and Conte.
If Ange isn't sacked fucking early in the close season, we should be worried.
Personally, I want the lot gone, Ange, backroom staff, Lange and Munn. Go.
