As for Lange: Call me a bit naive but I struggle to see how a genuine football man like him hasn't identified all of the same issues that we do. He doesn't have the gravitas or persona of Paratici but Lange has worked in football as a scout and director for just over a decade. Lange may not be perfect but as far as the backroom people I think that he is the least of our worries.
My main worry there is that he is seemingly the lone football person at that level behind the scenes and is fighting a uphill battle.

That seems a reasonable way to look at it. It's also why I won't be surprised if Spurs bring Postecoglou back next season.
The first step is not tolerating the new wave of participation trophy, mediocrity worshipping 'fans' who go hard in the paint to keep this club pinned down on the lowest setting of expectation.
