Can’t believe we are this bad. The players are getting away with far too much because they are a disgrace. Ange should be sacked tonight and most of these imposters moved on. Thought about going today and it’s the best decision I’ve made to not go. Ange rightly getting the brunt of it but Vic,Romero,Davies,Biss,Sarr,Dom and Johnson all offered fuck all today. Spence,Tel and Maddison tried to make things happen and I’ll accept that. Gray has been treated like shit by Ange. Thrown in at centre back and came out of that period with his head held high and now a bit part player. Get the kid playing centre mid and let him get comfortable in his correct position.

I had zero passion or even anger watching today because I’m numb to how bad it is. I enjoyed Thursday and the atmosphere in and around the ground was good and we played well but fuck that just turning up for a European game and not giving a fuck about league games.

Big changes are needed but it looks like we won’t be having a summer where we improve the squad much.

He's one of many ... there were loads of his type spawned on twitter who loved Ange. He was a hipsters dream with his career so far and he's a massive snake oil salesman. People fell for his bluffing and the tacticos rushed to write articles about 'Angeball' and how it would transform us.

I remember one such account talking about how we were on for a title challenge first season. It's nonsense. Up their own arses believing in Ange like he's some kind of deity .. these are the people who find themselves in cults or in love with populist politicians.
Yep. In hindsight, I wish those first 10 games had never happened. It got everyone, myself included, way too excited, (mainly because of the turgid football we'd had to endure previously) and gave Ange far too much credit in the bank.

The fact is, he's been given more leeway and patience than any manager in my lifetime. It is also a fact that he is the biggest, incompetent sack of hot air, and the most dislikable manager I've had to endure in my life. For the love of god, get fucking rid.

How are we not in a relegation fight?

Or could we?

We aren't, but it is entirely because the premier league has become a bit of a cartel currently and the gap between established clubs and the promoted teams is bigger than ever ... we may see promoted teams go immediately down for years I think, and when we don't the clubs who go down will come up very quickly.

I don't think we will ever see an established top, elite club ever get relegated. It used to happen when teams didn't have this enormous resource advantage.

Even 5 years ago or so when there were more competitive promoted sides, we'd be in that battle 100%.

The only excuse must be that levy doesn't want to give him a penny more than he's already conned, genuinely think he feels like he's had his pants pulled down and won't put him out of his misery.

It makes absolutely no sense why he wasn't sacked in November. All the signs were there from last season and we didn't improve on it just got worse with every passing week.

Wouldn't worry about it, every single Spurs fan was enamoured by him and thought he was the messiah the first 10 where he picked up 3 MOTM's and the way he came across in press conferences was refreshing, the players obviously loved the way he setup because it let them off the leash post Conte, reality hit us post Chelsea match and we never really recovered.

Anyway I think he goes after Thursday should we lose.

Speak for yourself.

At the time I said we were not playing great but we are winning so I won't complain. I also said I don't think the tactic is sustainable for the season.

After the Chelsea loss I then said I think he's absolutely dumb for persisting with the high line with 9 men and Eric Fucking Dier at CB and it was alarming. I said unlike most on here and most pundits who praised him, I thought the fact that he was actually getting praised for it was weird and then named managers like Mourinho who were sensible to tweak things depending on opponent.

I wanted him out early so don't try to box everyone together because you got it so wrong as little as a few weeks ago.

Love the way you talk for the entire fan base🤣

He’s not just an embarrassment to this club, he’s an embarrassment to the Premier League.

I have never seen a more unqualified manager in this league at a football club outside of Tim Sherwood and Ryan Mason and I would argue both of those are actually better tactically than this buffoon.

It’s just beyond words at this point, part of me doesn’t even want this cunt to have a chance of winning a trophy here because I don’t want his name anywhere near our history books, sad but true such is my level of disdain for the twat.

No chance of him winning it anyway let’s be honest, obviously if we do I will stomach it and celebrate because I would love to see the club win a trophy but fuck me, what a position to be in.

Still think Sherwood did okay :cautious:
