How does he seem a good bloke. To me he seems like a complete and utter arsehole. He constantly puts us down as a club more than Conte did. He has got in more direct arguments with fans than any other manager. On top of the constant passive aggressive behaviour is disgusting.

I've said it before, and hopefully I don't have many occasions in future to say it again...

This is even more damning of his managerial capabilities. He has a decent quality squad of players fully behind him, playing their hearts out supposedly, and this is the best he can muster?

When the players have downed tools on a coach, it absolves the coach of some blame, Tuchel at Chelsea for example, you can still defend their coaching ability. But if the players here are genuine in their words, then this shit show is entirely on Ange and his ineptitude.

Yeah, even though his relationship with fans has been less than stellar of late, I don't see him as a Grade A+ villain. He came here with noble intentions and his tactical philosophy and discovered that the PL doesn't really cater for either. He's just winding himself in circles because it's all got too much for him.

I respect that some fans are really sick of the sight of him and feel a genuine hatred towards the man for where he's taken us. I mean, 15th. That's embarrassing and extra difficult to take as we suffer watching the gooners batter RM in the CL QF. But I also respect that there those who don't want to turn on another manager and want him to plough on regardless because we've been through so many and the churn hasn't exactly been a success.

Myself, I feel sorry for him if anything. He's reached this level and discovered that he's not got what it takes and he's having to do so in a pressure cooker environment with tens of thousands of people on his back. But he is paid an awful lot of money as compensation and will find work again. He'd probably be ideal for Huddersfield or some such team.

Maybe we don't recruit from a low rung league ever again though.
 
It doesnt matter who the manager is in regards to success / winning things, with the cunts at the top running the club it will never happen

However they can ensure we pick a manager who 1) has a CV of proven success at the right level 2) someone who understands the premier league and finally 3) someone who can set a team up and adapt to ensure their "investment" continues to pay dividends

Levy/ENIC failed on all three counts with Ange

Fine words. Tho I disagree on respecting the “give him more time” brigade. That’s nonsense. Nothing in this season, or his track record prior to Spurs suggests he deserves that

But between 6 more games of the same or even 6 games with Mason (and possibly a chance to see some youth players get a chance), I'd pick latter one ;) . In perfect world, it could be someone else, agreed on that part though.
