Ange did most of that to himself by running players into the ground and refusing to rotate until forced to by injury. It shouldn’t be looked at as a situation that happened to him so much as one he helped create with his lack of top level management experience.

Thanks for bringing some facts into the discord. Ange has stated nuermous times that injuries have plagued our Premier League campaign. And it was quite obvious that the focus turned to cup competitions at some point. His system demands specific types of players to work. Much like Pep's does.

He was adequate enough for the squad we had. We had Loris Toby Jan Dembele Wanyama Son Eriksen Dele Kane. So yeah Lucas was a pretty good squad player in amongst those players. levy gave poch a generational team of young amazing players and he didn’t win a single thing. It’s on poch

LOL

That team was fucking gash under AVB and Sherwood. Dembele was often a bench player, Rose was pants, Walker was a mistake machine, Eriksen was hit and miss, Vertoghen who I love had checked out, Kane was an up and coming young player. So that leaves Toby, Dele, Son and Wanyama as additions and while decent hardly generational players when we got them. Poch did the most impressive job in my lifetime as a Spurs fan making them decent, Poch weakness was he isn’t a tactical genius like maybe Jose or Klopp but in terms of developing players he built them from a quite mediocre base.

Yeah thanks for strengthening my argument.

Can those of you that still think it’s solely down to injuries leave your account numbers and sort codes here please? I’ve got a friend who’s a Nigerian prince who would love to get in touch with you.

Crikey.

I have to disagree, Wham! were formed in 1981 when George met Andrew.
Wake me up before you go-go :)

Damn...wrong again...

I’ve been trying to think of something clever or original to post that hasn’t already been said but I just don’t have the words.

Please can we just move on from this episode in which Postecoglou has proved to be by far and away the worst manager to sit in our dugout in living memory.
