No, Howe didn’t finish 17th, he got Bournemouth relegated. Why couldn’t Frank do as well as Howe . Bournemouth had Russian money behind them.
Don’t think you realise what an achievement it is to get Brentford to top half in 2 seasons out of 4. No bigger than Carlisle Utd really.
What had Poch done, Burkinshaw, Bill Nick. Ferguson before he went to Aberdeen. Managers need a chance at big clubs, I hope we give him a chance.
Just a point on Pep. First season as a manager won La liga with Barca. City…3rd in first season. Wrong on both counts. Or even wrong on all counts.

There are fans that are Football Fans and then there are Football Supporters.

Supporters stick by there club no matter what but hold their teams to account. They the 'Die Hards' that believe in winning and cannot accept substandard Football.

Then there's the Fans. Quite a few on these forums. They Love THFC more than they Love THFC's football. They proudly wear the emblem because it's pasted on a Nike Kit. They Love the Big Stadium more than they Love what's being laid down by the players in the stadium. They Orgasm when they hear of profits and how the club is the 9th richest in the world, but they cringe at the thought of buying seasoned professional footballers. They get excited when our Youngsters Play, not because the enjoying the football, but because they are drooling at the thought of how much profit they'll bring in. They are the Levy Apologists. Football is a byproduct of a football club and not a Football club is the result of Good football.

The main cast are a bunch of clones, but every now and again someone posts on a thread there with something insightful.

I only really read the transfer thread when it's open because you don't need to sign up for it (makes no sense, considering people complain on there about being banned from it. just log out ffs). A lot of it is just "jokes" about sex toys and calling levy a "bald midget" over and over again, so it is quite spammy.

At least one brave soul. The others will all be in hiding. It's easier to say, "I apologise. You were right' and bow out gracefully. Ange doesn't know what he is doing. He's in over his head 22 losses should wake you up to that. But it's Ok. I understand Egos don't like to be bruised.

Trophy is done and over now, so I expect Gooner fans to a man probably are Ange In Forever as we've been in decline since his appointment, he's never beaten them, and we are no threat to finish above them in the league nor in the Europe places. Why would they not want him? Every one of them is saying long may he reign
