He had to go really, not sure what people are moaning about.

17th in the PL, absolute disgrace.

The EL win was great BUT it saved our season really.

Frank though? Yeah nah, I'm not a fan but if that's who we go for then I'll wish him all the best.

Honestly now that he’s definitely gone I will look back and just remember that night in Bilbao and try to forget everything else about his tenure.

He’s left on a high, next season would have got toxic again fast and likely would have been sacked early on anyway.

Now confirm Frank and let’s just get going with transfers please

He risked it all for us to win a trophy but levy wasn’t happy as we don’t do winning round here so Ange paid the price!

The right call.

I am grateful for his love for the club—let us please never again hire a manager with outright disdain for the cockerel—and for the European trophy.

But the league record is what it is. Only so much can be blamed on injuries. And if I am being coldly honest: we won a tournament that we were the prohibitive favorites to win, playing dreadful football and getting favorable matchups, and dreadful football was redeemed by the width of BJ’s shoelaces and a moment of athletic brilliance by VDV.

Also, we need to spend with confidence this summer, and the cloud over Ange would never have allowed this.

Thanks for one of our best nights in living memory Ange. But the losses in the league was too much

It’s actually a shame, if had used some of the tactics he employed in the Europa then he would likely be asked to extend his contract.

If we'd of won europa playing ange ball I'd of said he had a stronger case. He threw all his principles out the window to win it but that tells me true ange ball cannot be successful at this level so the right decision has been made. Thanks for Bilbao. Fantastic night now it's time to move on.

Levy out Enic out. No surrender now. They want this club in constant turmoil and confusion. All the while we miss out on players and "try" new projects. All cost saving exorcises at every turn.
