Yeah cause Nuno was given ample time at Spurs.Nuno was a proven PL manager. Strong parallels to Frank... kept a club with limited budget in the PL... how did that go?
But you keep digging, pal. Tell us when you reach Angeland.

Maybe, but we'll never know, will we?The Spursy thing to do was give him the start of next season and then scrabble around for a new manager in November.
No, that was Ange's I'm afraid. He and his backers felt strongly that he'd done enough to keep the job. I was Ange Out in October.
I’m sure Micky had followed Ange’s career in Scotland and Japan with huge interest, dreaming of playing under him since he was a whippersnapper. Those signings were persuaded to come here by Ange
VDV clearing it off the line doesn’t happen without Ange persuading him to choose Spurs over PSG.
That I’m not someone that over reactsWhat did he say about us/do that makes you think that?
When he berated us for not wanting to hand scum the title?
When he cupped his ear to us to mug us off in front of the whole world?
When he told us he deliberately threw the league to focus on the cup, like we're gullible village idiots who shouldn't believe our lying eyes?
When he didn't mention "fans" once in his speeches once we won the cup?
What exactly is it that brought you to this conclusion?
I never disagree with youSorry I still don't feel good about this. Time will tell I suppose if this is a good thing, but I have a horrible feeling we'll be in this same spot in 18 months time, with no silverware to show for it.
Look, I am sure you mean well but the day I listen to a fan of your shit club is the day I wear red.To be fair, I dont think we played any of those games against your strongest back 4. I mean in general, and I mean no disrespect, but Romero and Van De Ven are the only two defensively world class players you have (even though I really like Porro, its more what he does with the ball that I think makes him good). With even one of them missing, its a fragile backline. And I just checked, neither of those 2 played any of those 4 games. Danso looks decent, but not nearly the same as those 2. Again, I think it's a recruitment problem when the gap in quality between the best XI and the rest of the squad is so wide. In general, apart from Romero, there are no leaders in that team. If he's not playing, who's organising??
Again, I am not looking argue with supporters of the club on their forum, just think the decision was really strange. The squad has clearly over achieved in my opinion, given the circumstances (not talking about the league position, that's pretty awful but in context, makes sense to some extent, but the general post season situation - CL Football, a European Trophy, and another domestic cup semi final at the end of a 60 game season, for context, no english club played more games this season. Woolwich's second with 58 games, and their post season situation is worse in my eyes)
The only thing that’s likely soiled is your under crackers!!This soils the Europa league victory.
We're a laughing stock again.
Ange out brigade are Levy's sheep.
Bit harsh really.Look, I am sure you mean well but the day I listen to a fan of your shit club is the day I wear red.
now kindly go away.
Vince please mate remove you're sausage firmly stuck up Ange's rectum ...17th isn't acceptable end of.So many on here getting excited about the Danish David Moyes
There must be a clinical diagnosis for this kind of self loathing. The destructive Spurs quality of self harm
Psychologists please contribute below, because so far it's just the Tommy Robinson crowd celebrating the demise of their club's promise
No mention here of, you know, actually winning anything. We are a big club, we should expect CL places every year and to be challenging for the league. I would be sacking managers for being out of the Europe places, personally, or if we are stagnant and not moving upward.

I agree that we are not currently equipped to make the Europe places next year or to make it to the knockout stages of the CL. The quality isn't there.Without serious investment with the squad we have Frank will be lucky to guide us to top half and get us out of the group stages of CL.
We simply don't have the squad to attack on all fronts and heaven help him if he gets injuries.
I like Frank but he's not elite and he isn't a wizard
Granted , but if we want to buy top players to give a good account a ourselves in the Champions League , we have the advantage of being able to spend such money . A situation that chavski , Toon and C$teh don't have the privilege . If we had new owners that would be a good advantage to themWe can spend that without falling foul of PSR, doesn't necessarily mean the club has that much money available, or that we would spend it of we do...
Like the maximum contactless payment with a debit card being £100, doesn't mean much if you only have a fiver in the bank...
Or real estate to pay for.
I said we should always be challenging to win the league, we should maintain a level of being contenders to win the league year in and year out. No club is going to win every year, but a club of our size should be able to win the league, and should be in the conversation most years. No mention here of, you know, actually winning anything.
Seemingly content with 4th place trophies and the once in a decade 2nd place finish.
Daniel’s burner account perchance?

it's like they are are fukkin Woolwich fans...You know internet fans are dumb when they cry because the manager that finished 17th with Tottenham is fired
And if we kept Fat Carl we would have been in for a shit season.Sorry I still don't feel good about this. Time will tell I suppose if this is a good thing, but I have a horrible feeling we'll be in this same spot in 18 months time, with no silverware to show for it.
