He usually only stays for 3 years, presumably often because it's going wrong in (at least some cases), so we've just cut it 1 year short.

He thinks of Ange as a Farage-like figure. It doesn't matter if there's much in the way of substance when the power of persuasion is the element that brings others onboard. So I'm guessing he's admiring and deriding him in equal measure.
It's a good article though because it highlights the many contradictions on evidence throughout Ange's reign.
