I couldn't care how he gets on at Forest. He won us a trophy so there won't be any hate on my side but I don't want him to succeed there either. However, I would love if they got a result on Saturday against Woolwich!

Comes across as being incorrigible.

Unfortunately, the Europa League win was clearly far more important for us, in terms of growth, that it was for him. He seems to have seen it as reinforcement of his approach, instead of the reality that not playing his way (intentionally or otherwise) was actually what rescued him.

It's like watching a gambling addict justify their behaviour because they lost their house but won the raffle

Despite his physical size, the shadow of the manager who led us down to 17th is very short indeed.

We won the EL with him so of course I'd buy him dinner. But we also finished 17th so it's a McCrispy and regular fries on a park bench.

Forest have a team more suited to Ange ball, he will do a decent job with those players IMO, got some good players there with some excellant technicians, their wing pairing of Hutchinson/CHO and McAtee/Bakawa is better than what he had here, not to mention MGW, Anderson, Ania, Luiz, Zinchenko - you got some really good technicians there comfortable in receiving the ball in tight spaces - will be interesting to see how it turns out.
