I mean he altered when he needed to against Brentford, we ended up winning that match so he could do it when it mattered.
The problem was that he was so damn stubborn and was absolutely determined to play his way, reckon it became more about him and his battle with the media as opposed to what was right for the team, I'm not really buying that he didn't know how to adapt, he just outwardly refused to because it would make him look weak and go against his principles that he vehemently stuck to.
Kompany was the same, he refused to change and Burnley got relegated, he ends up getting a top job at a higher profile club...I'm digressing here but I reckon Ange still thinks that he can land a top job and if you ask me I think his football scales with better players anyway.
