myself included, who thought sacking Postecoglou was a good idea
it wasn't wrong.

Omit those first 10 (?) matches and it was relegation form or thereabouts till the end. The last 10-11 matches of his first season should have raised red flags. Didnt need much to ensure CL and despite only 41 matches we fell apart. I reckon thats our 2nd lowest matches in our history. Lowest imo was the Jol Lasagne season

That's the hilarious thing. This season is being heralded as if it proves that sacking him was wrong, but we'd still need to lose every game left in the season to get the same amount of losses as he did last season.

The only real difference between the two seasons, league wise, is that the bottom 3 aren't as crap this season

We are getting relegated, my friend.

That would not be happening if we hadn't sacked Postecoglou. Not necessarily because he would have been a success but because failure would have led to earlier intervention and proactive January window.

This is beyond question. You just don't want to accept it because you're in the kind of place that leads to you saying European Trophies are second rate. That's the exact hubris that has led us to where we are today. Own it.

You don't understand because you refuse to understand.

The argument isn't that Postecoglou would have necessarily been "successful". In fact it's his failure that would have led to intervention earlier rather than us limping along with Frank and this thin squad while you post weekly updates about how Frank's doing better than last year akshually.

We were wrong. All of us. We have to own it and learn from it.

You are talking to a wall.
If last season's 17th place was due to Postecoglou how come and with a backed "proper PL manager" we are in a relegation battle?
I can hear them say "but under the fat cunt they got used to losing". Then, how come Utd didn't? They have a short memory I presume.

All in all, no facts are going to change their mind.

Their last line of attack is Forest. But this is a very big discussion and since English is not my mother tongue it will be very time (and effort) consuming for me to start it.

I know but truth must be spoken at all times.

We made a catastrophic mistake. We must own it and learn from it so we never do it again.

Grow up. Find where I would EVER have said that. I'll give you a grand. And I never would either as well you know.

Tell you what, find a mirror, look into it, and start arguing with your reflection.

Youve had one thumbs up so far. It's from that absolute weapons grade moron candrews candrews which just about sums up your POV
I read your post's to send me to sleep at night. Most forgettable poster on here by far.

It's funny you actually have 'white' in your name as you tend to blend into every discussion and thread on here.

Good job on recycling the same notions others pedal tonight buddy :nunothumb:

Keep that sweaty fat cunt away from this fucking club.

I don't even want to see it out of spite.

This guy wanted Frank and defended him to the end.

This is why we are where we are.

People are incapable of admitting they were wrong even when the consequences of their folly are as catastrophic as we face right now.

It has to stop, You must grow up. Own your folly. Learn from it. So it never happens again.

United switched managers and made an improvement, we got Frank who was actually worse than the last manager, and was unable to pick the team up from their slumber.
Of course, I know. I was referring to our team getting used to losing. Why this did not apply to them? Because it is the most idiotic argument ever by infinite country miles. The bloke who first thought of it should become a science fiction writer (if he's not already one).

Maybe if we'd have hired Carrick and United hired Frank things would have been different.

Perhaps some managers can break the psychology of poor form better than others.

I think there is zero chance of him being asked to come back. If I'm wrong, and he is offered the job to the end of the season, I think there is virtually zero chance he would take it.

It would be highly entertaining to see it happen though, if only to see how this thread would blow up.

The players were programmed by this fat oaf to lose over a whole season.

When the inevitable long term consequence occurs -- which was warned about! -- it's blamed on the manager/s who have had to follow his fat arse here to work with the puddle of a mentality he left the players with.

Then, to cement their status as absolute whack-jobs, the same people are now saying that keeping the fat fool who is the sole cause for our mangled mindset would have been the right move.

So he could do this:

Fucking crackpots.

You fuckers deserve the championship.
