I've got a solution for the Football Director role. Sack Lange and bring back Big Ange as the club's new Football Director.
When you think about he has the people skils to convince players to join the club something that Lange cannot do. Surround Big Ange with scouts and analytics nerds to do the player research and shortlist. Then hand over to Big Ange to reel the player in to join the club with his charm and motivation speechs.

To both Levy and Ange you are as loyal as a guide dog, I do not mean that as an insult . You are very steadfast in your defence of both . I don’t get it but you are certainly not a fair weather friend so to speak. I am not an Ange hater by the way , just think he was found out at the highest level.
