Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

It was a great strike tbf - at the time I thought he didn't extend his arm which he has previous for too but he wasn't saving that in a million years looking again. Should he be further out of his goal, probably - still doesn't amount to a blunder or reason to get the other idiot back in on Sunday.

I can't help but feel that the majority of them lack football intelligence and struggle to read the game at all.
For the manager it must be like herding cats at times.

it wasn't always like this until he went to the stupid hung-ho style. it's like all ability to defence was deleted from their heads unless it involves recoveries

Madness, Kinksy has shown how bad he is under pressure. He was poor for Enzo's goal yesterday, most keepers save that easily.

Vicario on the other hand, much more experienced and has proven he can handle big games and get a result.

Kinky pulls his hand away - when he should be going the other way, Very weird .
His left foot gave way for the Villa game , Very weird .
Vicario has been poor this year - but also on occasion very good.
Kinsky's poor to good games throughout his time at Spurs - is tilted heavily to the poor.

It's true he appears calmer than Vic - and doesn't remonstrate. but seeing as we have one match left I can live with Vic's personality for one more match if we stay up.

It's a pretty fundamental flaw from a keep.

Surely someone has told him - " you have much more chance of saving a shot if you don't pull your hands away from it ".
And if they haven't they should now.

Played professional keeper in the USL and this is a good summary.

The pulling the hand back thing might be an issue in other cases but wasnt in this case. He was too far from the shot and not getting to it regardless of arm extension.
He wasn't on his toes to start with meaning a slower reaction. The ball didn't swerve late, it swerved 8 feet in 30 yards and didn't deviate in any way. The ball was struck from the Goalies right of the penalty spot, yet he hadn't moved his feet from left of the penalty spot.

He was slow to move, read it poorly and as with many goals he conceded didn't fully commit.

A good keeper saves it.

Those with an agenda don't need evidence like this.

All they need is the fairytale in their head.

These can all be true at the same time:

Even if he did stretch the right way - he would not have saved it
He has form for pulling his hand away from the ball - should we be buying a keeper with such a terrible and bizarre flaw?
He was slow to get down - so add the quicker to get down and stretch your hand in the right direction - and a better keeper might have saved it

In your fairytale, Vicario makes all of the saves Kinsky does.

In reality, he does not.

yeah they hand thing was odd. The only thing I can figure is that when he saw the movement he thought it was going wide and didnt want to get a touch on it to make it a corner
