He hasn't had to worry about that too much that this season.
Still he will be standing down soon, another top class manager ruined by spurs, the club you go to and win nothing and ruin your reputation.
Its more the people above the management who gets players in all the managers do is come and go and get a very good payout if sacked. And the whole circle starts again.

yea they are doing well. just the 35 conceded lol. a back 3 makes more sense if you have a really poor bunch of midfielders, the CB's is our weakest area and we overload it, it really is fucking insane. its clearly not working the performances and goals conceded tell you that. not only is the football shit we are leaking goals for fun.
the difference that city had by dropping ake and akanji and playing dias and laporte! just upgrading 2 defenders made a huge difference.

Good point you never cunte bigging up players or giving encouragement. Look at kloop and how he treats his players. I bet he never once encouraged Soence or Gil. I do recall though last season where he bugged up sess which tells all you need to know about conte. Sess has been pure and simple shite but still plays yet other players never get a look in.
What ms he been doing for 15 months. Had a 7 week break fir WC to look at all options and eventualities. The guy is a waste of space. I really do wonder what he does all week. I bet he dies t even watch games back. If he did he would have noticed dier never makes a challenge or try to stop a shot. Instead he backs i off and off!

What is tactically right for conte mean? We don’t have any tactics other than everyone run behind the ball and just watch the oppo pass, shoot and cross for fun. He is so stubborn that he thinks his system is the magma carte and can’t be changed or tweaked to accommodate Biss. Exactly who PEH fir his tactical master plan? How often does he just stand and watch players run off him and then wave his arms about?
I reckon Biss is lucky his not adapted to Dino mk2. We might still have some semblance of a top midfiekder left fir new manager to utilise.

Look mate 5pm is 5pm, he's clocking out whether he's finished his work or not, and he'll be damned if he's going to spend his evenings contemplating Eric Dier as his midfield dynamo, that can wait until 9am!
