But the changing of the schedule times and departure times, I have read that on a few different sources and I would be really pissed if I was a player. I think it was the Athletic that had an article explaining how players would be on their way to training then get a call saying it was changed so they turned around and went home.

Other times they were out with family then got a call training was moved up so they had to hurry in.

That's bullshit and nobody should have to deal with that schedule. I don't care what job it is.

That said. Conte has had the shittest year in his life so I give more compassion for him.

It all comes down to levy. Zero insight in football. Despite his litany of failures. His current dof is banned from transfers this summer... When his appointment of Santini was confirmed all those years ago ( look it up ) I knew then Teflon was clueless.

I don't blame conte. He'd just lost 26m on a failed business deal and needed quick money. Idiot levy was there to recompense him with our money. Who wouldn't take the cash?

The folks that are surprised this didn't work are the ones I laugh at. Especially as they still funnel their hard earned into the idiots 'project'

Imagine being so rich and guaranteed to get renumeration of 15million a year to oversee failure. And no matter what you do you have no one telling you are fucking up.

Any CEO that fucked up the stadium build like he did and get a 2 million bonus for nearly double the cost of its budget and 2 years over time. Despite saying he had the most punitive clauses for being over time.... Liar or fool.

Well it's clearly nepotism. And it's on the mugs that still pay.

Not read through this thread since he left. But found it very interesting that none of the major players mentioned anything on Social Media after the announcement.

After Poch and even Mourinho left, many of the players reacted on Social Media thanking them etc..

Depends on if they are made to jog it or run it at a high pace.

If it is just a jog then it is nothing. But if they are expected to run it full sprint, and then go on to run roughly 10k each during the game. Then I can see why they may be peeved.
 
I think a 2k run is easy for every professional athlete but doing it before a match is stupid.

You ever wonder why we looked completely fucked and only played for 45 mins, that might be something to do with it...

That's utter nonsense. So was Poch by the way, maybe even more of a dictator than Mourinho and definitely Nuno. The club PR is just trying to turn everyone against the previous manager so that they can say "the players weren't at fault, the manager wasn't good enough".

The facade has fallen. Everyone knows these players are butterflies who'll throw every manager under the bus to save themselves. If they did that to Poch, they'll do it to anyone.

A lot of our fans fall for this every time though. It's never the players fault it must be the horrible manager who makes them run a lot and wake up early. They've seen off yet another manager and they'll keep doing it because this club allows them to do it.
