Manager Antonio Conte

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Bergwijn looked good there, nice hold up play, passing and work rate. What the fuck happened.
Shit coaching and everyone else getting snoozier on the pitch by the week too (I saw a stat earlier that we've covered the least distance per match this season in the league, though I think Chelsea was 3rd or 4th bottom so it might not be the best measure).

As Ally Gold said on his video earlier: this is a new chance for all the players (with Dele and Winks being perhaps too far gone, finally) and I'd love to see what Conte can do with guys like Stevie B.

The good thing about Conte for us is that he implements his system and philosophy fast. He may not be here for a long time but he will get us starting rebuilding fast and quickly.

Because Nuno is not a good manager and doesn't carry the cachet to tell Levy and Paratici that this is how he's going to play.
I mean, the idea that it was agreed among Levy, Paratici and Nuno that Nuno could play 4-3-3 (which he had at previous jobs) and that that was somehow inherently more "attacking" than a 3-5-2, and that doing so guaranteed "Spurs DNA" football, it's enough to make one worry that only getting rid of one of the three members of that conversation isn't enough.

I am confident Conte isn't dumb enough to get snookered into something like that, still, trust but verify.

Woolwich fans had a nice 24 hours or so, I guess...

Fascinated to see what Conte’s first team league selection will be, lot of different things he could do.

Really all still to play for in the league too. 4th is wide open for the taking.

Nuno knows how to do one thing decently well but it’s not something that was ever going to work at Spurs.
