Nothing new. He’s said the same thing every time he is asked about the future or a new contract. If him and the club have the same vision and want to continue together, they will. If they don’t he will leave. A piece of paper won’t change anything.

The two things can quite happily co-exist.
We're an excellent counter attacking side. When teams get stretched we can score lots of goals, i.e vs Leicester. In these situations the team fills its boots. This is not creativity. We do not regularly open up parked buses with clever, intricate or imaginative play.
Don't know why you're confusing lots of goals with lots of creativity. If you score a lot of set pieces & counter attacks you're a creative team now?
I hope this is a bluff because if it isn't then i'm worried.

Half the time I look in the Kane thread people are acting like it's time to send him off to the knacker's yard.

Posted it to another thread, but add key conclusions here as well -
In past 6 games we have used 3-4-3 for total of 317 minutes. Scoreline for these minutes has been 3:5.
In the same games we used 3-5-2 for 195 minutes. Scoreline being 9:1.
In past 4 games, we have scored 0 goals using this supposedly more attacking 3-4-3.
We have 2 world-class strikers in Kane and Son. Richie is injured and Kulu is on his way back. Everyone else are not one but two grades below Son-Kane duo.
At the same time we have brilliant CM in Bissouma who demonstrated so well against Everton how he can go, rob opposition the ball, turn around and feed it to attackers.
So it feels so fucking obvious that we should start with Bissouma and midfield 3 + Kane and Son upfront.
If we don't I have to admit, I will be pissed. But still hoping for us to do well ofc.
I just have a strong feeling (backed with recent results) that 3-5-2 gives us better platform to do well.

The 5 wins from 5 at home have been recorded against 3 of bottom 4 and two other bottom half teams Fulham and Everton.
Two away wins at second from bottom Notts Forest and Brighton. The 2 points from 12 on the road against Chavs, Spammers, Woolwich and Man U tell the story. We’re flat track bullies at best.
I believe our league position is very skewed and I would have serious doubts now that we’re a Top 4 side.
