Tbh even if he don't win them the Scudetto and they finish in the top 3, it'd still be a successful season after the uber spectacular implosion of last season.
The debate around this nutter is utterly pointless. Spurs never really 'let Conte down' he is an emotional rollercoster during the best times. Three bereavements and illness done for him. He'd have probably won us something if he cared but he doesn't. He wanted his wife his mummy his kids and mother Italy. He couldn't cope and quit, he effectively engineered his own dismissal those so called truth bombs were just a portal back home. Im convinced If Levy moved the entire first team to Italy, and flew them back to play matches ( thus enabling him to buy he favorite Cannoli and Espresso from his local bar each day) he'd have us competitive at the top of the EPL right now.Another manager doing very well after leaving these pastures

I didn't rate Conte tbh. We had a great spell under him where we defended well and Son was in the form of his life. Don't think we appreciate just how good Son was that season, he carried us into the Top 4 on his own.
Our tactics never felt great under Conte, we were on the backfoot alot. Even that season when we made top 4, I remember us going to Burnley with a back 5, creating absolutely nothing and losing 1-0. We did go on a good run after that, woolwich fell apart and we managed to fall into the top 4. But overall the football and performances weren't great. Son was just scoring for fun on the counter so the results were good

I'll never forgive him for that Milan game in the cl. He can fuck off as far as I'm concerned, always made out like he was doing us a favour by being our manager and we were beneath him. Will never understand the wanking over him from some.
