As I said elsewhere, giving that award for a teenager is a pure expression of the fans hating the team, just voting for the try-hard young guy who has future potential the fans can dream of being in a team they don't hate.
Which feels like a little bit of unfair pressure on these guys, but Archie is such a mature head I don't worry about him.
Really improved his passing and moving into space to receive the ball again, which was something he wasn't always great at before.
Definitely growing into a responsible role and wanting to control the games more, his confidence is blossoming nicely.
I cannot wait to get Bergvall back alongside him because their skills dovetail beautifully imo.

I think for PL Young player you just need to be 23 or younger at the start of the season. Joao Pedro prob on their shortlist too. The PFA one is 21 or under at the start of the season so someone like Cherki probably also an option for that
Hardly anyone else has played enough. I imagine Palhinha would be the obvious choice if he had played more games for us this last half of the season. And I can't really see why he hasn't deserved more minutes. We are truly a strange and counterproductive club.
He's been really promising recently but I think today has shown one of his big weaknesses: he hides in midfield when we're building up from deep. He marks himself out of the game far too often for my liking.
His role today clearly has been as the furthest back on the 3
