Match Blood Money Cheats v Spurs - 23 Nov @ 17:30

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I reckon we might start bright but I think they'll be up for getting back to winning ways and I fear once they have scored we might fall apart a bit. Can see us scoring, but I can horribly see a 4-1 loss. I still believe in Ange though, so even if we lose I don't think tonight matters. I think his press conference was good though, he knows if we're floating around 10th at Christmas that the pressure will be on him.

There shouldn’t be any pressure on him unless we are 18th or lower. What club sells their experienced players, slashes their wage bill by 20% and buys teenagers and progresses? It’s fucking lunacy to expect a top 8 finish

Only a club that, puts the manager in a position where he is severely restricted and, a club with designs on nothing other than architecture and or real estate.

I agree. We only really brought in Solanke as a proper established player and that was replacing Kane, so it was always going to be a downgrade anyway (and I think Solanke is doing well tbf). The rest of the squad are decent, we can beat anyone on our day, but the inconsistency isn't surprising when you look at our squad. Anywhere in the top 8 is a target really, we aren't at the level of challenging for top 4 yet but still within a shout if we have a decent run (which would be surprising at any point this season due to our inconsistent nature) and if we get anywhere from 5-8th I think that's good. Next season is where we should be then looking to become more consistent, add to the squad with 2 or 3 proper established players, and see how we do.

Indont want to see Blow Job and Son. Too frail and weak, playing with 9 men. I would start:
Gray Bissouma
Sarr Kulu Son
Solanke
Johnson's pace is key, IMO.

Just stop playing it to his feet... that's not his strength.

Play it into space for him to run in/on to.

I wouldn't mind Maddison on the left and Son on the right... Sonny particularly doesn't match up well against Kyle Walker @ RB.

I just want to see a committed performance, the result is secondary. Good teams give their best in every game, we still pick and choose which games to turn up for.

I’m sure we’ll fight hard tonight as we always do against City but why don’t we fight hard in every game?

That’s probably the team. The sad part is how the standard of player has dropped.
There is not one player in that line up or on the bench, that any of the other bigger clubs would take. ( son a few seasons ago maybe )

To have been in our new stadium a few years now and to go to the champions away only being able to field that clusterfuck shows how the standard has slipped since we went there and won with Ericksen, Lamela , toby, Ali, Kane etc … under porch…..

How fucking depressing .
Happy Birthday Yes GIF

At least we're fun again... the Conte-era was like a mini-Dark Age.
