In the context of a private joke between him and a colleague it’s understandable but still bad taste and insulting. He’s a dick for using a disabled person as a punchline for a private joke, and his colleague is a dick for forwarding it on.

I’m sure there’s all sorts of internal politics when it comes to the officials.
 
In a moment of stupidity his whole life is dismantled. The internet is a very unforgiving place. Peoples lives are wrecked at the drop of a hat. You are better off without Facebook and all that shit.
 
I'm not clear on exactly what the 'joke' was but someone actively forwarding something private to his employer sounds very cunty.

I imagine 95% of us could find our own comment here that when taken out of context would look terrible to an employer. I've received distasteful / offensive shit from almost everyone I know at one point or another on WhatsAp etc.
 
Feel sorry for him to be honest. A private joke is a private joke, no matter how distasteful. FFS, I'd probably be in fucking prison if all the private laughs I've had with mates were shared with the world.

I couldn’t give a fuck about the fat cunt. He’s a terrible referee who makes awful decisions on and off the pitch. I find his bleating about this nauseating. He’s only being invited back because PGMOL are short of refs. He was the most gutless referee out of all of them. Fat, prancing, self-important fuckwit, with a questionable sense of humour.
