Is Ange the right guy? I'm not sure but I don't believe he is getting the players in he wanted despite we hat he has said and the next guy (probably this Bournemouth manager) will have the same problems

I like a lot of our players individually, it's the manager's job to fashion those individuals into a cohesive team, and he's failing spectacularly.
