I use the sopcast stream on wiziwig. It's in Russian, but good quality. You'll need to download sopcast as a program though (versions for both mac and PC).

Huskys don't bark mate. They will make growls or whines, but they never bark unless aggressive.
Good on you if you keep him, just make sure you look after him and walk him. Can usually tell how old he is by how hyper he is, they tend to calm down after 4-5 years. Other than that I couldn't really tell you.
