In the 7 games he has started he has managed 4 goals and we have won 5 of the 7 games.

You were always going to spark controversy by making the ridiculous claim that Johnson’s toolkit matches Saka’s. We scored two the second he got fucking subbed against Copenhagen FFS. Fucking Doncaster, Jesus Christ….

He got a lot of minutes vs Chelsea, shite. Shite vs Bodo. Shite in almost all his other appearances. 2 goal contributions in 10 appearances via the league, half of which are against Burnley and the other is a deflected tap in vs city. Feasts against Doncaster & Copenhagen.

Guy is a lame duck and Frank has managed his game time terrifically this season. Expect his arse to be back on the bench against United where he belongs.

You stated in the games HE HAS STARTED we have "not played well' and "he has not been involved".

He has scored 4 goals in the 7 games he has started and we have won 5 of them. You then state "gimme goals" which he did...but then you're still saying he's not been involved meaning he did what you've asked and you've still concluded he's not been involved and we haven't played well.

I couldn’t give a fuck about games against Doncaster - I meant the prem. He’s scored 2 league goals early on and then been dropped for being a shithouse. Since then when he’s played he’s offered nothing in the league.

The only one(s) embarrassing themselves are the losers who tolerate this fucking player. A total coward who waits for other players to do any work to contribute a goal every few games whilst offering nothing in between.

That red was the most fire he’s ever shown here to be fair to him. The fact you think he “played well” against Everton says it all. Hop off it for five seconds.

Xavi has been bad on the left and kudus not as good in the middle. Dont see it working.

Would have no problem playing BJ if he was half decent on the left but he’s been really poor on that side.

I dont care one bit if dickheads laugh at my posts. If you think the reactions on a forum reflect real life, you're mistaken A lot of genuine fans in thr real world like Johnson.

He is a good player who deserves respect from proper Spurs fans, and thats my opinion. And yes, if there are trolls on this site who are clearly not genuine fans and only on here to take the piss out of our club, then 💯 they should be banned.

You are entitled to your opinion. Because some people disagree with that opinion that doesn’t mean they are not genuine fans. For the most part Johnson is less hit than miss. Does he get into the first team for a serious ambitious club? I doubt it. Should I be banned for having a different opinion to you? Surely you want to take part in a forum where people are free to discuss things? Or do you want a sterile echo chamber where everyone agrees with you?
 
I get why so many are exasperated with his all round game.

I think his finishing is absolutely class, I still think he has a role to play this season, especially if we're playing counter attacking football.

He took on his man last night and left him for dead, we need to see way more of this but small encouraging signs that Frank is trying with him

There's no doubt though people tend to undervalue his total goal contributions , it's the hardest thing in football.

Let's see if Frank can improve his all round game or get the best out of his finishing ability.

He’s not that good a finisher. Last season he was behind on his expected goals. He has never finished a season ahead of expected goals in fact.

He’s good at popping up in good positions - it’s his sole top trait along with decent pace. His finishing is average. In certain situations he is reliable but he has no range to his finishing at all. Most of his goals are when the keeper is out of the game anyway - the one yesterday the keeper was mental on.

Someone compared him to Son but Son could score a wide range of goals on both feet with excellent shooting technique. Brennan doesn’t have good technique at all.
 
We are back to some wanting him to play because he scored in a game where the keeper was on drugs. Too many accept this mediocrity but still fucking moan when we are shit. Brainless. The guy is not good enough. That’s basically the truth on the matter

He’s not played well in any game this season and not even had a spell in games where he’s been causing lots of problems for the opposition.

He is a good finisher, makes it look easy.

18 goals last season is good return for a wide player...that just isn't debatable, don't give a fuck what anyone says.

His all round game is definitely lacking though, no debate there.

So the outlier is City. Whose number we weirdly have and they are classic slow starters.

The other two good sides, Bournemouth and Newcastle, were losses.

Doncaster and Copenhagen are the two worst teams we will play this season. Everton will finish bottom 5-7.

Surely you understand there's a reason Frank doesn't like to play him?
