I'm not doubting his talent.

Paratici is great at finding wonderkids. Unfortunately wonderkids require time to develop into great players in the EPL. It is the debateably the toughest League in the world. Few 20 year olds step in and make an immediate impact. Look at Bergwjin, De Bruine, Lo Celso, Ndombele, etc. It takes time to develop into a great EPL player. Time is a luxury Spurs cannot afford. The team, especially the defense, is on Life Support. It's deteriorated in the past few years. Players from the team, like Kane, have mentioned that the team lacks players who want to lead. Is buying a 20 year old the most immediate need?

It is clear we need a few more above average experienced players in certain key positions. If we were a team that has money to spend, I'd say, "We waiting for bargains at the end of the window". But we don't have money according Levy. What sense is there in getting Gil now? 'Now' being the operative word.
Thank god you are not running the club. We are in the position we are because we’ve tried your strategy the past 3 years.

Thank Heavens Paratici is as Dumb as I am. There's being idealistic and being realistic.

Secondly, we in this position because we did the opposite of what I am suggesting. Bought Ndombele, Bergwjin, Sanchez in the hope of creating a few superstars. I think that bombed out spectacularly.

Nevertheless, your many years of managerial experience is noted. Thank you for you extremely valuable input.

One has to give credit where credit is due.

I think Pogba, Vidal and Dybala makes for a reasonably good CV.

Pogba was well known though he didn’t find him.

Vidal was 24 with over 100 games for Leverkusen so not exactly a wunderkid.

So maybe Dybala?

Core, core, core.

Like Giggs, strength in the core, he musn't bulk, musn't musn't, musn't, every ounce of muscle is extra lactic load to deal with.

Stay lean young Bryan.

Iodine also for that boy, his neck is looking a little thick for my comfort (presume he fades a lot and can't often give 90minutes of consistent running/threat). Kelp please, Norwegian winter, Atlantic summer (2x 500mg daily, tempering to 1x daily at 6months). Thanks for listening team Gil. Presume he's on copious Calcium and N3, with Magnesium based recovery in evenings set up.

Also a far infrared sauna would do him well, given it will be a shock to his well being, the lower Vit D here.

bus-conductor bus-conductor what's your thoughts? Giggs likeness is striking? will there be such spaces in the prem for him to shuffle through?
