When is the date of this going to be confirmed?
Just for clarification. There are a change in the rules this year.
There are two separate bowls. First bowl will have all the Champions League and Europa League clubs and the second bowl will have the rest.
First six games will be drawn alternating between the first two bowls and then the rest of bowl two will be drawn against eachother.
So we cannot draw any other team in Europe (Besides Chelsea)
We can't draw Woolwich, Man City, Villa, Liverpool, Man U or Chelsea*.
*Not sure about Chelsea.
Is that correct? I thought it was all English clubs in Europe.
Conference League doesn't start until October, so the fixture clashes won't affect them. Which is why they're not in bowl 1.
Only teams we can't draw are City, Liverpool, Woolwich, Man Utd and Villa.

It's after the round of games tonight, the Newcastle Forest is the televised one so it's after that. There were games played list night and games playing at the same time. It's just the phrasing.
I don't understand how some games are being played before the draw tonight .Has there already been another draw for the teams that Spurs weren't in or have I missed our match?
We enter at the 3rd round of the cup because we're in Europe. Other Prem teams entered the competition in the 2nd round.
