TBF that's the kind of shit you see for sale in London but for 20x the price. The one you're using there (Check out this 3 bedroom terraced house for sale on Rightmove) is listed for £60k.

But it's 'only' £8m for this one by the marble arch:

Or a bargain £400k, for this mouldfest that could be used for a post apocalyptic film set.... if you're willing to live south of the river and stretch the definition of 'london'

Which is of course the problem with "london" (M25 orbital) area - 7x the price for a dilapidated shithole and yet you'd not even earn 2x the wages, and then you've still got inflating cost of living.

After a long day you can relax in the garden.

You will never regret moving to Burnley.

Amazing property up here.
If you think windows are overrated.

Plus since I started my Tracey Emin inspired interior design business I’ve never been out of work.
I was going to call it “shabby chic” but in the end the locals just preferred “Shabby”.

Proudest of my bathroom designs. Great work I’m you will agree.
Some call me a generational talent in bathroom design and installation

You can also combine a dog walk with taking out the rubbish. So efficient.

It’s truly beautiful!!!
That's a big back garden you've got there

This was comfortably the worst fixture we could have got. They will go hell for leather in it having been to the final 2 years running and we have a horrible recent record at theirs.

Can’t moan though as we got lucky with the CL draw

Same team, day and time a month later.
Don't know about regionalisation in the cups but surely playing these long distance EPL fixtures on weekends only must be considered?
I guess you could say we’re just unlucky this year. But I also note our home game vs them is midweek so surely the fixture computer can come up with something more sensible?

We get to watch one more night of football so no complaints from me. The ownership should invest more for a deeper squad so it wont be a problem playing many games.
I stand by what I said...should be one league + one cup competition per country. Way too many shitty comps out there, too many games being played and the quality of the footy on show suffers as a result, players getting more injuries too. Fuck FIFA, UEFA & co...money-obsessed whores.
