Sevilla have finished 6th. We still need one of either Woolwich, Roma or Porto to miss out on CL qualification next season to remain in pot 2 should we lose the CL final.
Sounds good. I'd back Chelsea to win their final, and Roma are at a disadvantage in their points and gd balance having one less match remaining.

Serie A is on head to head. Roma are equal on H2H with Atalanta, but way behind them on GD which is the next decider between them. And they're behind Milan on H2H. And they drew today. They're very unlikely to qualify.

We are in 17th position in UEFA 5 year coefficient chart atm, and with Sevilla (above us in the ranking) not qualifying for CL next season that puts us into 16th position and into Pot 2 (although of we win it we go into Pot 1).

Woolwich are above us in the rankings so if they win EL they are in CL, lose and we are one place higher but still in Pot 2.

Roma are also above us and if they miss out, again we'll be one position higher but in Pot 2.

So we are in Pot 1 or 2 regardless of other results.

The champions of the 6th best league(Zenit) who are below us in coefficient ranking will be in pot 1. That automatically leaves us 18th.

Thanks - had forgotten Zenit - but with Sevilla (above us in coefficient) not getting CL we only need either Roma or Woolwich to miss out on CL and we are back to 16th and in Pot 2,. Roma looks to be poorly placed to get CL in their last match and Woolwich need to beat Chelsea in EL final to get CL so its looking very promising that one or both will fail to get CL.

Academic of course if we win in Madrid !

So unless something a little bit mental happening like Roma winning, both Milan teams losing and Roma making up a +6 GD on them, regardless of what happens in both European finals we will be at a bare minimum in pot 2 right? If so that's great. The difference being in pot 2 or pot 3 is a big one IMO so that's excellent news if I've got the right end of the stick on this one

This is how it looks so far

1
Barcelona
Man City
Juventus
Bayern
PSG
Zenit
CL WINNER
EL WINNER

2
Atletico
RM
Liverpool
Chelsea
Napoli
Dortmund
Shakhtar
---

In the worst case of Liverpool and Woolwich winning the finals, we would need Roma to miss out on their group spot or Porto to fail their qualifying rounds.
