We were dominated Jose, they were pinging balls at our goal left right and center .. and we offered less than nothing in attack .. bore off , I knew this interview was going to wind me up
 
Dier , Sissoko , Hojbjerg and B Davis did only useless and shitty pass during all the game.
I doubt any manager can do something with them if we want play with the ball.
Son , Tanguy and Bergjwin did 60 mn defense / pressing and waiting a clean pass (never happened)

We're not exactly on our knees in terms of the squad. Players clearly don't want this but it's their job. We certainly don't want to watch it unless it a nailed on 3pts every single game.

I will agree with your sentiment - if Levy won't step back from the footballing side, then we need someone else at the helm. But ideally we'd find a DoF and a new manager.

Yeah, I have the feeling lewis stays out of it & let's levy get on with it. So I guess levy needs to see it for himself.
It will be very interesting where we go from here with levys role, new manager, recruitment & DoF etc.
 
I’d have to accept that the performances have (generally) been really poor for a year or more but we were nicking games and Kane / Son masked a lot of problems. But this last two months the results have gone and the performances have been exposed. Jose took a top 4 team and finished 6th. And it can’t be argued he did not have opportunities to get top 4. He did. Now he has a top 6 side that’s heading down towards the bottom 6. And I don’t see anyway back now. And to claim that we “played well” fuck me. Is he senile as well as shit ? I’ve seen better defending from a 12 year old on FIFA who has just learned to play.

I thought it was fairly even once we worked out that shutting down Mason Mount takes away 90 per cent of their attack. First half he was finding space everywhere, second half not so much.

Once we fixed that it was kind of a stalemate, Hugo and Mendy each made one quality save, both teams missed a great chance. By then they were already winning though.
