I quite like Eddie Howe, in spite of the club he manages, and I hope that he recovers soon - 47 is no age. 
According to the article on this in the Guardian he had been in to have some dental work done last week. But I struggle to come up with some complication that could stem from that that could knock him out like this.
Here's to a proper recovery.
