Get them a case of this stuff ……and their welcome to it, it’s hellish stuff
Surprisingly good on breakfast cereals.

Howay the lads!!! Get in you luvvly stripy bastards.

Had a wee perverted peek at their forum pre-match and there were a fair share of them indifferent about losing who wanted us down. Seemed the main reason was cos we were the club pushing hardest to block their Saudi buyout (which certainly rings true knowing Levy). Hadn't even occurred to me that was a thing tbh.

Credit to the way they played yesterday, loads of intensity and no being on the beach. Osula gave West Ham nightmares.

Defensively I thought West Ham were an abomination - 3 of the worst conceded goals I’ve seen at this level

I think if we escape relegation we should delete this thread. We have many Opps ...they don't need to be one anymore.

Helped us get into the CL and potentially saved out arses to stay in the league....both times with nothing really to play for.

Rumour I’ve heard is that they were never told they couldn’t spend infinite money and have therefore decided that this league is not for them.

Problem was always there when choosing a club in one of the poorest parts of the country that no one outside the UK would choose to visit passively.
No one's going to go up there to see Lady Gaga or Beyonce, or to stand on top of the stadium, or to see NFL. As much as a lot of the fans detest those kinds of things, they are a very useful vehicle in FFP and could be used to account in lots of transfer funds.

Not sure about that, with the right marketing suckers will pay to go anywhere

Just look at Wrexham, that place is a bit of dump. But now it's a global tourist hotspot.
The financial constraints of the fans is spot on though, the London clubs have a massive advantage

Wrexham is already in a tourist hotspot. Near two major airports, on the outskirts of Chester, Unesco Heritage site, and less than an hour away from dozens of castles and snowdonia, Liverpool, and Manchester. People might get drawn in by the Netflix fame, but you can still make a busier holiday that you can in most places.
