What really annoys me about all of this is that as Carragher and Souness kind of said it was shameful. I know as Spurs fans we are supposed not to like Chavs and I hate them but thinking as a neutral Chelsea's antics, their diving, 'baby' bollocks with Ibra, negative football, mind games from Mourinho brings total disgrace on the Premier League. You lose you lose fair enough, but last night and many previous nights from them they just bring shame on our game and make us look like total cunts.
I know this a point I previously spoke about with
sammyspurs
but years ago when United and Liverpool where strong under Fergie and such I used to enjoy watching English teams in Europe, they were a great advertisement for our league, they made our league stand out for entertainment and passion and I really didn't mind them even winning if they provided great drama. Win or lose I gained a respect for United and Liverpool in how in most cases they conducted themselves.
The soulnessness of Man City, the bottling of Woolwich and the disgrace of Chelsea is making us look a fucking joke. The rise of Chelsea and Mourinho's existence in our game is one of the worst things to happen to the Prem ever. I actually wish Chelsea didn't exist as a football club and I really believe we would be better with them gone.
That being said I was so happy when they got eliminated last night.

As much as I hate arse, there is no way anyone can deny they were on another level in the early 2000s...an all time great side...(that felt disgusting), like Utd late 90´s, Spurs 60´s, Ajax under Michaels etc etc etc

You know if they'd scraped through last night this would all be forgotten and the Mourinho genius love in would have continued. When I see teams like this supposedly representing "us" it does get infuriating as you know a lot of other teams in the league would have given 100%. Imagine Swansea, West Brom, QPR etc playing that game last night, wouldn't have won but they would have made it a good game to watch and fought for it. Maybe bad examples of teams but you get my point, the PL is good because of teams like this who play football, maybe not the prettiest game but it's still football. Chelsea also have the potential to be an incredible team and in some respects they are but they resort to this anti-football bullshit and its just dire to watch. As long as the JCL Chelsea fans can celebrate another trophy then who cares right?
Coming back to the league cup final I wasn't gutted that we lost as we played well and tried to play against their anti-football. I think thats the difference between us and them, we try to play attractive football and winning is sweeter as we've done it properly. When they win it feels like another stolen match via dodgy tactic.

Agreed, dont get me wrong i'd love to nick a title playing the way they do, but season after season with their resources it fucking laughable.
Their tactics consist of ten behind the ball, stifle the opposition, intimidate/con the officials and hope to pinch a goal from a set piece.
Jose knows that as long as trophies are bein landed, then the simple looking Russian crook upstairs will be happy and so will the fans, regardless of the style of football being played. I am really sick and tired of hearing what their manager thinks, especially as sky consider him ' box office', hence sky is going at the end of the season but then Sky seem more interested in the MLS soccerball league than Champions league these days.......I can not think why!!!
As I have said many times it's Stoke or Wimbledon with World Class players and we are supposed to think of that cunt as a tactical genius. Mourinho doesn't like football that much is obvious, he likes winning and just happens to be involved in football, if he could put the ball on ice for 90 mins if it got him a win he would. What surprises me is that Chavs fans accept this price, no soul, no shame, no beauty, Hazard as a little defender with the odd bit of class when he could be so much more. Total embrassment to football.
