It seems to me that all of the players are a wrong fit for Frank .
I can't for the life of me work out what his match plan is , it's clear that neither can the players .
One thing I am 100% sure of.
He didn't look lost like this when he played for CP and Chelsea.

He is a decent player but we have a few of those in that position, Bentancur, Sarr, Biss are all decent but nothing special.
He played an absolutely beauty of a cross in the first half too.
He is a good player but a big issue is for the central midfielders is that when we are in possession, the ball takes too long to get to them at times by the defenders who dither on the ball at times and slow everything down meaning opposition easilly get back into shape which in turn limits the opportunity for the midfield to play a decisive forward pass at times then the biggest issue is the absolute shit and non existent movemove of the front players, particularly the wide men who rarely run in behind or take up a really threatening attacking position and are happy to just stand there and hope the ball comes to them. I definitely think we could do with more creativity at times but the way this team is set up to play slowly allowing opposition to sit back makes it very difficult when the forwards are so static.

Have you ever thought the ball doesnt get to them quickly because they are not open? It looks awful when you see defenders sitting on the ball shifting it side to side but you don't want them pushing the ball into our midfield and turning it over.

I agree but the bit that gives me the shits is no one is effing moving , giving options or drawing opposition players to open spaces .
I've got no idea what they train to do in a game but it's clearly not basic football .
No we have to give him some more time to do the same stuff he’s done everywhere he’s been.
He’ll be ok. That’s all he ever was, even when he was key under Poch. He was Chelsea’s Ryan Mason there.
A better version but he is mostly effort and has a very basic footballing skill set. I’m honestly not sure how the club is expected to progress when targeting players like him.
