Newcastle showed the world how good Romero is.
Terrible in the air, shows too much of the ball when he is in possession, suspect temperament, dives in when staying on his feet would be better.

Has injury and attitude problems and is not even half of what some here seem to suggest he is. When VVD came to Liverpool, their defense was a joke. He transformed it. Since Romero joined, our defense has become so much worse. Ofc he could not do it single-handedly, but still. Contrast is stark. He has some really impressive attributes and everything. But all in all I am disspointed in him so far.

The entire team except Kane stunk of rotten shit last season. All of us pick out the player we have an axe to grind against and use last season as evidence we were right all along.
If the player has been here longer than last season then we have more of a case to make based on that.
Personally, if Ange wants aggression and to play a high-line with ball-playing CBs, the idea that we would be able to get someone better and a LCB also able to do that is the purest of fantasies.

Bad attitude and always seem a red card waiting to happen. It is something he can work on though still seeing as he's still just 25 and probably 4 or so years away from his peak. John Stones used to have a few brain farts over the season, lapses of concentration, and now he's cut them out of his game he's one of the best ball playing defenders in Europe. So there's time and hope yet.
