I’m skeptical it’s from this challenge. You don’t usually get muscle strains from impact. Could be a muscle contusion I guess… but have a hard time seeing him healthy enough to complete an intense match but be out for a few weeks.

Seeing as how a few days has passed, this could have just been a muscle injury in practice.

Edit: seems like it is a contusion and he’s not out as long as first reported.

I imagine he's about as random as Alasdair Gold is to Argentines.

He has genuine contacts within the Argentine national team and probably spoke to Romero personally (or atleast people in his circle) directly before posting any news. The fact Romero liked the post confirms it.

Nah but I think he has a vested interest in exposing that Cucurella is also a dirty prick is the point. This is his way of doing so, indirectly.

3 weeks out means he'll be back for Fulham just before the international break. Certainly back for Man City after the international break, which is great news.
