Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

put together a squad that should be getting relegated.
It's a poor squad, poor ability and character wise, couple that with them having the worst manager possible for 2 years and you get the perfect storm. They've been getting battered for nearly 3 years now bar 10 games, relying on kids to bail us out, these poor kids should be getting bedded in, but they have been forced into the deep end due to the recruitment of first teamers being diabolical.

That people used to argue with me when I said he was a liability and overated in the past was odd ...to still have any kind of faith in this bloke is beyond crazy. He is a disgraceful captain. That shot of him in town wandering about with support for the knee...ffs just get rid. We are down let's start the rebuild.

Nah honestly fuck him. Got zero sympathy for him. Shit signing, awful captain, terrible professional. Never cared for Spurs, he can fucking do one.
'His value ffs ' Could care less if he kicks another ball. Its ENICS money people need to understand this. That's the attitude got us relegated. All the accountants fretting about our balance sheet I couldn't give a fuck..We should have built an elite squad as befitting the 9th wealthiest club in world football. Two quality options for each position real competition. But the line of clowns twerking about the wage bill and our financial head room. Pathetic cucks earned this

I get the position you are taking. I just don’t understand why you wouldn’t want him to have a good tournament so we could sell him for more money. After all, that’s the only way that this would affect us. He doesn’t play, or is shit - he’s worth less.

And as I said, I’m never confident we’d spend the money correctly, but I do know that if we got more for him after a good World Cup, we’d spend more. Everyone knows we spend money, just not on the right players. To think otherwise, you’d have to be a complete fucking idiot.

But, if you think a good old “fuck you Romero” is worth maybe £20m, crack on. Not best for the club overall though.

He's literally won 2 back to back Copa America's with a world cup sandwiched in and he was arguably at the heart of all three wins.

So? International football is a much lower standard than the PL, vastly lower. He’s also playing with a much more balanced and talented squad.

Romero has his qualities but he is simply thick, that’s why he makes so many mistakes and has such a poor disciplinary record. Actual good CBs do not make a fool of themselves constantly.

Do you think any of the top PL teams will come for him this summer?

The point is that he's an internationally decorated player world cup and b2b copa america and that's what he'll be judged upon, that doesn’t make him 'shit' in the eyes of the teams looking to buy him.

He will end up at Atletico i reckon.

He's the most Atletico player ever but wonder if the Simeone replacement will take a new approach.

Hard to imagine where else he ends up. No-one in the Prem will go near him and not many others will pay what he's worth - imagine some big Italian clubs will try to lowball us but they rarely pay big and will struggle with his wages

To get a payoff it would have to be one of the big Spanish clubs, Turkey or Saudi I reckon.
